The condo sleeps six comfortably and offers all the amenities required to have a fun and worry free Florida beach vacation. The master bedroom has a queen bed and full bathroom. The guest room has two twin beds and a full bathroom. Additional guests can sleep on the pull out queen size sofa in the living room.
The condominium has a full kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher and all the utensils needed to eat in if you like. Additionally, we're only 3 miles from the nearest grocery store.

Year Purchased: 1991
The property is owned by Kooresh and Cecilia Khanbabian. We are both retired and enjoy spending time with our grandkids. We currently reside in El Dorado Hills, CA and we try to get out to Florida as much as possible.
Why the Owner Chose Ormond Beach
We wanted an Ocean front property that we could enjoy in our retirement years. The main factor in purchasing a condo in Ormond Beach was due to the proximity to Daytona Beach, Orlando and the excellent weather and beaches.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
This condo is easily accessible to the beach, within driving distance to historical cities such as Saint Augustine, Cape Kennedy, and Orlando. If you are a NASCAR fan the speedway is minutes away and if you are a Harley Davidson fan, bike week is a blast!
