I have a breathtaking ocean front condo, tastefully decorated, all new furniture, cabinets, appliances, spa like baths, one stand up shower and one jacuzzi, in unit laundry, fully equipped kitchen and unit.
Why the Owner Chose Sian Residences
The building is amazing and the location was very important to us. The building is east of A1A, right on the ocean. You don't have to cross the stree to get to the ocean. We have beach and sand toys for your little ones. You can also walk to tons of restaurants, shops, and cafes. It's only approx. 15 min drive from Ft. Lauderdale Airport, and about 20 min drive to South Miami Beach.

My wife and I stayed at the condo for a week with another couple. Condo was large and clean. Location is perfect close to everything. Went to the gym each morning for a workout, very good exersize room. Condo staff was helpful when we arrived showed us where to park and how to access the different areas of the building. Clean pool area and common rooms. We will go back.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+.
