We truly enjoyed our stay at Regal Palms. The Condo was perfect. It was about 15 - 20 minutes from Disney and about 25 from Universal. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The staff at the front office could not have been nicer. This is a great place for families.

I went to Disney with a group of my friends and we decided to save money by staying in a condo and eating as many meals as possible at the condo. And let me just say it was fabulous! It was the perfect size for everyone.Great location! Right next to a Publix, which was extremely convenient! It was a perfect distance away from Disney World. It would be a 15 minute drive without traffic, with traffic maybe 20-30 minutes. The pool was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful! The only downside was some of the pots and pans weren't big enough to cook for 5 people, and they didn't have a colander. Maybe they could have a couple more tv's as well, but that wasn't too bad. The condo itself way beautifully furnished. But overall it was a great condo, in a great location, at a great price! I would defiantly bring more friends back and stay here and even bring my family! Fantastic! Thank you for sharing such a wonderful home!

When we arrived, we felt welcome from the first minute: a nicly decorated table and bedrooms, a totally clean and well-maintained house and a nice and quiet surrounding. The ideal house in the busy Orlando area, not far from the main tourist attractions and the rental procedure was frinedly and easy. A recommentation!

We stayed at this Condo for a week.My family felt very comfortable.The house was big, well furnished and clean.The pool area was great for my son and us.The supermarket is right there and we were very close to the parks and restaurants.I really recommend this place, we will be back for sure.Only thing I wish there would have been tv's in all the rooms.

Thank you for a great place to stay at an affordable price! It was perfect for our family of four with teenagers. They were able to have their own room to relax in each night which they appreciated instead of having to share one hotel room. The condo was clean, roomy, and well-maintained. Being away from the parks, it was very quiet. We were able to relax after long days at the parks and on pool days, we enjoyed the lazy river and the spa. The grocery store and restaurants were right around the corner which was convenient for cooking in or eating out. We definately would stay here again. I've already recommended your place to my co-workers. Thanks Segun for sharing your home!

We've been coming to Orlando every year for the past 8 years and to Florida mant times before and this is the best accomodation out of them all. Everything we needed was furnished. All we had to do was buy groceries and personal necessities. Being a clean and germ freak I was immediately impressed with the condition of the home.No critters, no dirt. Nothing but clean ! The location from the Disney parks was perfect. 20-30 minutes from everything and just far enough from the craziness..We used the I-4 Interstate to the parks and avoided all the traffic. We went to Downtown Disney very easily almost daily. Very convenient. We were a little ways to the pool and spa area but we actually preferred that. Very quiet location of condo.Perfect. The pool and spa area was great. Free Wi-Fi near pool also a convenience. After all is said and done we would, without a doubt plan our next vacation at this very same unit and absolutely recommend it. It doesn't make any sense to us to stay at a hotel when you can stay at a place like this for the same price.Thanks for making it available!

Great clean and affordable townhouse for Orlando/Disney visit

We stayed at the Regal Palms (RP) in late Jan 2011 and found the accommodations comfortable, clean and exactly as it's represented from the listing. The townhouse itself felt like "home" with comfortable beds, spacious living room, and it had all the usual everyday homegoods like a vacuum, washer/dryer, wireless internet, cable, etc. The fact that the townhouse was clean from the carpets, kitchen, bathrooms, and furniture was huge and made it more like home. You never know what you will get, but this unit seems close to new. Also to mention, the booking and check-in/out process was a breeze with no surprise fees or charges. Just be sure to carefully read the listing (cleaning and resort fee). The townhouse is located towards the back of the property so it's not particular close to the pool, but it's an easy walk/drive. The pool area is great with the lazy river pool (only 3 ft deep), and the zero entry pool. My kids enjoyed the water slides as well. The food at the pool was also good and the prices are reasonable. The area is busier on the weekends, but we never had an issue with too many people. I heard it's different around the school break times. As for the proximity to Disney, it was close with about a 15-20 minute drive even during rush hour. The airport is about 45 mins. Just outside the RP complex is a strip mall with a Publix supermarket, and a variety of take-out places. Between Disney and RP you’ll find just about every chain restaurant and retailer imaginable so it was easy to pick-up items and groceries. This was a great find for us and I would recommend this to family and friends.

Highly recommended, and believe me, we did a TON of homework on other units in Orlando!! Quiet, serene, well decorated, spacious...and all of that with a 4 year old and a 2 year old. Rooms - A+, spacious, clean TVs - A - great sizes Living room - A Internet - D - wireless wasn't working, but not fault of property owners, but internet company. My 4 year old misses it terribly since we got back, and we will be back - he calls it our "Orlando home". We did pay more that what we could have to stay here, but it was worth it. You really won't be disappointed by it. We actually did a lot of shopping and didn't do the Disney thing. We did however do Sea World and even if we did Disney, the unit was perfect for all of these areas. If you need to do a Tampa road trip, as we did, the location is ideal!! We took care of the unit as if it was our own home, and never had any problems communicating with the owners. To the owners, thank you. There really needs to be owners that keep their units clean, themselves accessible and make experiences like ours as fullfilling as it was. We will be back.

Spacious, relaxing vacation home!

My family and I stayed at this condo for a Disney vacation. It was perfect!!! Not too close to Disney, but not too far away either! It was beautiful! Everything was very modern, and the decor was very nice. We have two little ones (3 & 1), and it made our vacation so much better to be able to come home every evening to such a large space. Our children had tons of room to run around and let their energy out! :-) 10 times better than a hotel by far! We each had our own rooms, which made sleeping much more suitable. It is so hard to pile up a family of four in a hotel and have everyone get a good nights rest! ha! The pool at the resort was just perfect too. I think our kids actually had more fun simply playing in the pool area than they did at Disney World! Overall, I would say that we picked the perfect place to stay. It felt very safe & new, which are both very important to me. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you so much Segun & family!

Comfortable Stay

We stayed at this Condo for a week. My family felt very comfortable. It was nice not to be cramped in a hotel. The kids loved the pool, lazy river and water slide. The photos are exactly what the condo looked like. The description was accurate. I did overlook the $10 resort fee per day, which was clearly stated in the description. The condo was clean other then some minor dusting that wasn't done. The only other thing I would recommend it if people leave items then they should be left for the next guest. We left unused laundry detergent, some unopend boxed food, bathroom air freshner, etc. I have rented a condo in the past and I believe the kitchen could be more stocked as far as spices, pots, pans, etc. The condo should also have a folder with pamplets etc of local places to shop and eat at. All of the souvenir shops basically have the same items. They are pretty competitive in price. I would recommend this property to others and if we ever visit Florida I would strongly consider staying here again. Thank you Segun for opening up your home for us to stay.

My family really enjoyed our stay in your home. The townhome was so nice, so clean, the beds were so comfortable, and the whole place just had a really comfortable feel to it. Our three-year-old settled right in and relaxed, which was great for us and made such a difference to our vacation! Having space where he could sleep while we were awake, where we could cook or bring leftovers home, with the grocery store literally around the corner - I can't imagine staying in a hotel. The pool and the lazy river were a lot of fun, and the other guests and staff we met there were very friendly. It was also nice being in the back of the complex where it was quiet with no traffic (another plus when traveling as a family). Everything Disney was an easy 20 mintue drive away - I can't think of anything else we would have needed, it was a truly wonderful vacation and we hope to come back.

We absolutely loved our stay at Segun's condo. It was beautiful, spotless, quiet and spaceous. My husband kept saying "it just so comfortable here!". We picked this resport because the Regal Palms looked very nice and well-kept, was reasonably close to the theme parks, and had an AWESOME pool area. We picked Segun's property because the custom decor made it feel more like home, the amenities were what we were looking for (internet access, nice TV with some home movies, three bedrooms, washer/dryer, etc). And the price was unbeatable! The owner is super nice and easy to work with. We hope to stay here again the next time we're near Orlando. Thank you so much for a perfect vacation stay!

We just returned from our vacation on April 23rd, 2010. We stayed in this lovely clean comfortable home. All the amenities were there, it was very clean and lovely furnished. The pool area was clean and very suitable for children. All of the amenities were well looked after.

We go to the Orlando area every couple of years and found that renting homes is much cheaper than renting a hotel room. Plus, you get more privacy and space. This house in Regal Palms is in a very good location, close to 192 which helps you to avoid paying tolls when going to Disney. There is also a good selection of restaurants off of 192. I also liked that the house was right down the road from Walmart and Publix, which made grocery / supply shopping very convenient. We also found that there is a very convenient doctor's office right in front of Walmart (our kids got sick). They were very friendly, and got us in and out in less than 45 minutes. The house looks exactly like the pictures....the pictures are not misleading at all. It is a very comfortable and very clean house. The king bed in the master bedroom is heaven after a long day at Disney. There is a nice big tub in the master bedroom that my girls loved to take bubble baths in. There is a great pool area at the front of the complex. Since the house is in the back of the complex, I would suggest driving. My oldest daughter loved the slide, and my youngest daughter liked to float around the lazy river. They also have a bar out by the pool, and sometimes one of the bartenders also DJ's. He is very entertaining. He was dancing with everyone, and doing all sorts of flips and tricks. I had a great time watching him. We were lucky enough to watch the space shuttle take off while we were down there on vacation. We watched it from the front porch of the house. Overall, this was a great house to stay in, and I would recommend it to everyone. It is a great 3 bedroom house that is very comfortable and clean, in a great location, and the price can't be beat!

Arrived at the villa on March 5th, 2010 and was pleasantly surprised. The villa was very well appointed. It had all of the comforts of home and was very clean. The pool area was also very nice, along witht he other common areas. We are planning another trip for 2011 and would book this villa again. I would highly recommend it for it's convenience and value. We were very pleased with the ammenities the unit had to offer. The listing was accurate in describing what it had to offer. The pool and club house area was very nice, large, with plenty of lounge chairs. No scrambling for chairs or space early in the morning. The condo was very clean, bright,and roomy. Ressturants and groceries stores were within walking distance. I would certainly recommend this condo.
