Well maintained property situated in a quiet neighborhood and with easy access to I 75 and US 41 placing Naples, Venice and other Gulf Coast attractions within easy reach. Also within 30 minutes drive are the beaches and the World renowned Tarpon fishing at Boca Grande.

Why the Owner Chose Port Charlotte
My wife and I have rented in the Port Charlotte area in the past so when it came to buying a property in Florida there was really only one place to look. We find this area has all the thing we want from a Florida vacation. We can relax on the beach, walk in the park and watch the wildlife or we can visit the many lovely cities of the Gulf Coast.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We enjoy the quite being able to sit outside and enjoy breakfast in the sun by the pool. We are not overlooked from the rear of the property and this lends itself to a feeling of both security and tranquility and often the opportunity to spot the local wildlife passing by.

A VACATION PARADISE ON A BUDGET.....FOR SURE!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful HOME......and that's just what is felt like was ~home. We traveled with 3 adults, 2 teenagers, 1 ten year old and our 2 four legged girls and had plenty of room for everyone. We were there for 9 wonderful nights and never felt crowded and by the way, one of the reasons the nights was SO wonderful was because the beds was so comfortable with the plush mattresses and quality linens. If you've never been to Port Charlotte, I'm sure you will not been disappointed. It is a tropical paradise and close to several of the nicest beaches anywhere. Make sure you visit Little Gasparilla Island, Englewood Beach, Venice & Siesta Key. The only thing left to say is ~Please make sure to save us a week or two per year for many, many years to come.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

we stayed here from dec 9th to jan16th we loved the location.everything was close by.the house was very nice,the pool is great.we hope to stay here agian.you would enjoy this home.
