  What a great way to start the summer!!!! Our family has been to Myrtle Beach many times and have tried all the touristy resorts (lazy rivers, multiple pools, water parks). This NMB trip was VERY different!!! It was QUIET!!!! It was RELAXING!!! It was BREATHTAKING!!! No rat race!! No fighting for a beach spot!! I am spoiled now!!! The condo was comfortable for our family of 4. The location was beyond beautiful!!! The owner Deborah was gracious and helpful. We enjoyed staying in and utilized the convection oven, charcoal grills by the tennis courts, and peace of the condos. Fished, explored the tidal pools, swam, gathered shells... SO much fun!! I highly recommend this condo and Inlet Point Villas!! The only negative I have is cabinet space... maybe consolidating some dishes to have room for food items. Since we stayed in a lot and have 2 kids I didn't have cabinet space to store a lot of food and counter space is limited. Otherwise, NO negatives!! Completely POSITIVE vacation!!! I have friends and family ready to schedule their vacations to this lovely area!!! Truly a NMB well kept secret!!!!

  Having stayed in Myrtle Beach many times over the last few decades, this was my first time to actually stay in North Myrtle Beach. I had spotted Inlet Point Villas once a few years ago when I had driven to the end of Cherry Grove and walked out on the beach at sunset. It was a sight I had never forgotten and knew that at some point I wanted to stay on that part of the beach. This was also my first time to rent anything directly from a condo owner so the whole experience was one of "firsts" for me. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Deborah had taken pains to make sure it was clean and that all those little necessities you might need during your stay there were in place. There was even great thought given to the height of the patio table and chairs on the balcony. They were just the right height to sit there, enjoy a drink or meal, and still have an unobstructed view of the beach, ocean, and inlet. While the condo itself is great, the real reason to stay here is without a doubt the view. The beach is very wide at this point and during our stay there was not busy at all. How wonderful to go out intending to spend time on the beach and not have to search for a spot to place your chair among a sea of people. When the tide is low you can walk over half way to Waites Island and the shell hunting is superb here at the point. Having stayed farther south in years past, I was in awe of how quiet and dark it was at night. No glaring lights from all the beach hotels and no traffic driving past. It was even bike week during our stay and from our little spot here at Inlet Point Villas, I did not hear any motorcycles. I really can't even begin to describe how wonderful this location is and I definitely plan to return to Deborah's condo at some point in the not too distant future!

  Clean, comfortable, attractive, well-equipped condo. Views are just awesome. Easy to sit on the patio and watch the ocean, inlet, birds, and sunrise. If you want busy Myrtle Beach, stay there. If you want a quiet escape, easy access to a beautiful beach, ocean views, someplace away from the crowds — but close enough to Myrtle, stay here. Plenty of room for the two of us. Deborah is an attentive owner, obviously works to keep this unit in good shape and comfortable for renters. Thanks!

  This was our first visit to North Myrtle Beach and Deborah's lovely condo at Inlet Point. We cannot say enough about how beautiful the views are from the patio overlooking the dunes right to the ocean at every moment of the day! Deborah is gracious and so very helpful and tells you everything you need to know about the condo, restaurants and best places to visit. The beach is practically private and perfect for early morning or late afternoon walks and depending on the time of day, the beach just goes on and on amongst the sandbars and tide pools. Breathtaking! The condo was perfect for two and we had every comfort of home. Everything was clean and neat and meticulously maintained. The pictures advertised are exactly what you will get in reality. Everything is just lovely. We did have difficulty getting enough signal strength to lock onto the WiFi. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would recommend Deborah's condo to anyone who wants a quiet get-away at beach! Thank you, Deborah!

  The two of us stayed at Inlet Point April11-20 this year and loved it! We could not believe the incredible views from the living room and the balcony. What a private, quiet, gorgeous place! Deborah could not have been more acccommodating and has certainly spared no expense in decorating this charming villa. You don't need to bring anything except your sheets and towels! It is wonderful being on the ground floor which makes it so easy to get back and forth from the immense beach, spotless pool, and nearby stores. The photos actually do not do it justice! Everything was in top condition and suited to enjoying the beach. I watched the sunrise every morning from the balcony and felt truly blessed. Our only negative was that we spent two afternoons trying without success to access the wireless signal through the carrier, Time Warner - so we travelled twice daily to Starbuck's to check our emails etc. I would not have bothered because I hated to leave the beach but my husband had to connect! LOL We would highly recommend Deborah's villa to anyone who wants privacy, peace and quiet, beautiful unspoiled surroundings, beachwalks, and realxing by a sparkling pool!

  We were welcomed just about every morning of our month long stay by the warm beauty of the sunrise streaming into this well appointed pristine condo. Deborah cordially met us upon our arrival and oriented us to the condo and the neighboring attractions, restaurants and services. Reflecting back over our stay we've summoned it up as "outstanding." The Beach is wide and welcoming, perfect for long walks. The Shopping and Dining aspect offers something for all tastes. There are numerous natural places to explore. And, of course, we had a marvelous condo in which to relax/retire.

  We absolutely LOVED Deborah's villa at Inlet Point! The views are amazing here and we felt as if we were on our own little island. We watched the sunrise every morning from our balcony or walked out to the point to capture the beauty. The villa itself is very accommodating and loved all the furnishings and accessories throughout every room. It is very cozy, comfortable, and especially, very clean! Deborah is quite the hostess:) We loved how she met us at the gate and introduced us to our special place for the week. We are beach people and spend most of our moments ON the beach enjoying the sun, sand, and surf. The inlet provided us with some great catches also! LOVED this villa and the area and cannot wait to enjoy it again!

  This was our second stay at this condo! We loved it so much the first time, just had to return; this time for a whole week! The condo is beautifully furnished, comfortable & can't say enough to describe the awesome view of the oceanfront! Deborah is the most fabulous hostess we've ever encountered- answers all questions promptly & makes all her guests as welcome & comfortable as possible. We were so relaxed from this stay, we hated to leave--felt like home!! Thanks Deborah! We will be back!!!

  This unit is perfect for 2. Deborah (owner), is warm and friendly! The unit is well equipt, well maintained and being in a gated community has its advantages. The beach at high tide is huge. At low tide, massive. Walk for miles!! Bed is comfortable!! Sunrises are killers. View to die for. Swim to Waites Isle for shell collecting and a 3 mile walk! September at the beach: no crowds- anywhere, lower rates, warm water, warm days and cool nights. What more could one ask? Close to Little River for things to do (Patio's; a bar for 45+ crowd, sandwiches), river boat cruises should you prefer, restaurants. Close enough to Grand Strand to visit for the evening. I would recommend this unit and owner to all! We will definitely return.

  I have been visiting Inlet Point Villas since they were built. My father brought us on vacation each summer as I was growing up. I have such fond memories. Over the years we have stayed in many of the buildings, but in the last 10 years we have stayed in building 13 in the one bedroom units because there were only 2 of us. None of the condos are like this one! The beach has changed dramatically over the years. Myrtle Beach restoration has really built up the beach to protect it. I had never been able to get the first floor 13 b because I had not found Deborah! Once I have found her I am home! The pictures do not do this condo justice. It is so clean and orderly, well decorated and very comfortable! If I could I would have her mark out all the dates and keep them to myself!!! (OOPS, I meant to say you don’t want to stay at this condo, that way I can keep it to myself!!!! LOL) Seriously, Deborah really goes out of her way to see that things in the condo are to your liking, all the way to the books she leaves for you! She is a fountain of information on advice for restaurants, places to see, really anything you need! You can’t miss with this one.
