I grew up on the water in Ct. and lived north of Pittsburgh for many yrs. before moving to N. Myrtle Beach. We have always loved the water and when we discovered Inlet Point we were amazed! Our unit is right on the beach - literally steps to the ocean and totally surrounded by water which is clean, clear and warm! The undeveloped barrier island is magnificent for swimming, shelling and kayaking and fishing is great. There is NO location that can compare to Inlet Point. You will fall in love with this place as we have!
Why the Owner Chose Inlet Point Villas
We bought this unit the day it was listed as we had decided months before this was the ONLY place we wanted to be. The sunsets and sunrises are amazing with completely unobstructed views. The water is clean, clear and warm with sandbars that go on forever in low tide. It is truly the BEST location for families with children as well as for romantic getaways. Easy accessibility to Waites Island makes Inlet Point a jewel like no other!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
While staying at Inlet Point our guests can enjoy swimming, fishing, island exploration kayaking for miles through the ocean inlet. We have a HUGE private beach on a peninsula point fronting the ocean but also intersecting the inlet and tidal marshes. The natural beauty is incredible with no high rises or crowds of people. The views are continually changing with the currents and the FISHING IS GREAT!

We had a lovely time staying in this condo--peaceful days overlooking the beautiful view from the oceanfront porch, lovely evenings when we were blessed with a full moon over the ocean. It was very relaxing, and the owner was great to work with! The condo is decorated exquisitely.

My family and I enjoyed a visit in this condo during the first week in June. This was our first visit to Cherry Grove as we normally vacation at a different beach in the area. Deborah assured me that we would love the beach and that my boys (3 & 6) would enjoy the tidal pools and I have to say that this was the best beach vacation we have ever had. My kids played all day in the tidal pools and found critters and seashells we have never seen before at ANY beach. The condo itself is very comfortable and the perfect size for our family and very well supplied. Despite having to cut our trip short due to a severe case of sun poisoning with my husband, we would do it all over again tomorrow and can't wait to schedule another trip to this condo. Thanks Deborah for all of your help!!

Deborah's Beachfront Condo @ Inlet Point is my new home away from home! The moment I met her, I could sense how excited she felt to share her beautiful slice of paradise with her guests. Upon entering her property, one has an instant feeling of peace and knowing that you came to right place for your vacation! Not only is the condo immaculate & comfortable, but the views are breathtaking. The soft sand is literally steps away from the door, and the ocean breezes, and sounds of the waves, fill the soul of the calming seashore. I live almost 3 hours away from Cherry Grove Beach, and a dear friend introduced me to this special place a year ago. I spent many days walking the beach & had always wondered about how to rent a place at Inlet Point. Then I discovered Deborah's rental on VRBO & I can honestly say that this is the only place makes me feel totally at peace. Ive stayed in the Harbor and while the view there was also beautiful, there is nothing like being able to step out your door & take long walks on the shore, soak up the sun, read a good book (the condo has an impressive library for your use!), enjoy a glass of wine on the lanai while gazing at the moon over the sea, or simply taking a nap after a fine meal (the kitchen is recently remodeled & has everything you need)! Honestly, the photos posted here do not come close to the actual beauty of this property. I will stay here any chance I get & encourage everyone to do the same! Thank you, Deborah for making my stays at your condo a true haven, with so many beautiful memories! I cant wait to return in the fall!

We stayed here for 3 nights in April 2011. Everything was wonderful but the best thing was the view. You look out and see the ocean to the right, Waites Island straight ahead (with lots of beautiful beach in between) and the inlet and marsh to the left. The beach is wide and beautiful and it's fun to explore at low tide. The condo is beautifully decorated and has been obviously updated with great care. Everything was quite clean and well cared for. While the condo was small, it was plenty big for the two of us. The furniture was comfortable and the bedding was wonderful. There were "extra" ammenties such as Tommy Bahama chairs to take to the beach. While this condo is at the end of the island, it is close to restaurants and the Ocean Drive area. One of our favorite restaurants is Duffy's (good basic seafood) which has a location in both Cherry Grove and also right on Main Street in Ocean Drive in case you're in that area to go to the dance lounges. Other favorites include Bimini's (Lake Arrowhead Road near 2001 Nightclub) and Snooky's in LIttle River, which is right on the Intercoastal Waterway. We've heard that Boom Boom's (off of 17 at 13th avenue) is good but we haven't had a chance to try it out. The IGA in Cherry Grove is a good grocery store, restaurant, liquor store, gift shop, and overall beach store (you have to see it all to believe it). While we were not here with children, I would think that this area would be perfect for kids as the beach is wide and there are many tidal pools to play in at low tide. The complex also has a pool (not explored by us) which is convenient to the condo. One of the most appealing features to us was the fact that this condo was on the 1st floor, which is important in a place that does not have elevators. It is easy to access from the parking lot and access to the beach is super easy. We would highly recommend this condo!

This condo was truly a wonderful treat! The owner's description of the condo is modest. I have been visiting Myrtle Beach for years - and this is by far the best place I have ever stayed. The condo is amazingly clean and lovingly cared for. The kitchen is fabulous, the living room comfortably decorated and the beach is just outside the deck. For anyone who has vacationed at Myrtle - this place is truly the best. You have the ocean and the inlet meeting each other outside your door. I cannot describe how lovely the views are - and the quiet is like none other at Myrtle. Of course, if you want activity and adventure - all you need to do is travel a little down the road and all of Myrtle Beach is right there. Situated in Cherry Grove Beach, this condo is close to grocery stores, ice cream stands, Putt Putt golf and restaurants. Shopping is just a mere drive over to Highway 17. But, when you want to come back and rest and enjoy some quiet - it's here at this condo. I stayed over Spring Break - April 23 - 27, 2011, and it was by far the best vacation I have had in Myrtle Beach. You never have to worry about finding a piece of beach to place your chair on! You have oodles of room on this beach! Even on the evening that it rained, the view from the deck of the condo was fabulous! Deborah is the most accomodating, charming lady and full of helpful hints about places to dine and visit. I will be returning to this piece of heaven before summer is over this year and hope to return several times over the next few years. I absolutely guarantee that you will love staying at this condo!

My daughter and I spent 3 days just relaxing, enjoying the wonderful oceanfront views off the deck, and reading books from the excellent selection the owner provides! We would normally not visit Myrtle Beach as it's much too commercial for our tastes. However, this property is located at the very end of the beach and feels very secluded from the rest of the beach. The condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Families with young children will love the huge beach area in front of the condo! Thanks again, Deborah, for making our stay most enjoyable.

We have been vacationing at Inlet Point for 15 years and have been in many different condos. Last year was our first in this unit and we plan to make it our vacation home from now on! The unit is completely updated and spotless. Deborah, the owner, has done a fantastic job decorating and caring for this condo. The ocean front view is spectacular and the beach is the best in North Myrtle. We look forward to returning to this same location every June from now on!

We travel to Myrtle Beach every summer. The location of this condo is absolutely amazing. You really can't get any closer to the beach. We have 2 small boys, 6 and 4, they did not leave the beach/condo for 4 days. The sand bars kept them busy for days. We caught crabs and played with rays! One of the most beautiful places we have ever been. You actually even forget you are on Myrtle Beach. The condo was beautiful and very clean. The owner was so helpful and we enjoyed meeting her.
