Our property is a privately situated on 2.5 acres with 160' of river frontage. We are perfectly located between nature and the excitement of town. Enjoy easy access to hiking trails, snowmobiling, fishing and a ten minute drive from Sunday River Ski Resort and 20 minutes from Mt. Abrams. We are within 15 minutes from downtown Bethel and local activities.
The property was built in 2007 with great attention to detail and quality. Hardwood floors throughout, tile, granite counters with unique round dining room and large viewing windows. Additionally a large farmer's porch with an attached garage with loft for storing ski equipment.
The main floor has large kitchen, dining room, laundry, spacious living room with fireplace and 3 bedrooms including the master bed and bath, two additional bedrooms rooms with the main bathroom. The upstairs is a large bedroom with a queen bed and 1/2 bath with an additional room with two futons. An ideal home for two families to share.
Additionally the home is equipped to be accessible for a handicapped individual.

We fell in love with the area when visiting on a family ski trip. We have found the property to be a gem located on Bear River just between Sunday River and Grafton State park. Affording our family the ability to enjoy the property year round with a variety of outdoor activities.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The property is a welcoming home that is private, yet close to all local activities. We have enjoyed days playing in the river and days coming home to cook and nice meal after a long day of skiing. Just crossing the river you can be on the beautiful Appalachian Trail within a mile. In the fall the beauty of the surrounding area is breathtaking and within a 50 minute ride to drive or hike Mt. Washington.
