Lovely townhome in Sandestin with upscale furnishings, garage, 2 bicyles 26" male & female and golf cart included at no extra charge(seats 4) to take to beach, the village, marina, restaurants and shopping. There are no golf cart rentals, the only option for having a golf cart is through private home owners. This is something to consider when looking for a vacation rental.

This villa has it all. We entertained a large group, and the spacious kitchen and large living area made it easy. Our guests couldn't stop talking about the beautiful kitchen (it is very functional as well). The master bedroom is huge. The other bedrooms are very accommodating. Has a great view of a beautiful golf hole, and if you need more, they provide a golf cart to get you there! We will definitely look to rent this unit again. Even our pets enjoyed it.

Really had a great time with my family at this villa. Loved the golf course being in our back yard....pretty and green! Shopping was convenient and great and golf cart travel everywhere was so much fun! We'll definitely be back.....thanks for your hospitality.

My husband and I recently stayed a week in this lovely villa for the third time We did a lot of research looking for pet friendly condos, villas and homes in San Destin and believe hands down this is the best one for us. We have stayed in May, September and most recently this July. By following the fairly simple suggestions of the homeowners, we found the indoor temperature to be very comfortable despite the very warm temperatures outside. Two of our favorite features of the villa include the unlimited use of a golf cart and having a semi-private pool very close by. The golf cart will allow you to roam freely throughout the proberty, even to the Publix grocery store and beach without ever having to get in your car during your stay. We look forward to returning for the wine festival in April and will likely spend a week in the summer as well. We would not hestitate to recommend this unit to other couples like ourselves with small pets, or to larger families as well. The screened in porch is nice during the early morning for coffee and the 2nd floor deck off the master bedroom offers a great place to watch the sunset over the bay. Enjoy!

We really enjoyed this townhouse . It was very clean with lots of room. We loved it had a golf cart and also pet friendly. You can enjoy the golf course view or bay at the same time. It is very close to everything resturants , outlets and beach .

We loved it. Very clean, well kept, up to date and.a wonderful place to vacation. We have stayed in many different locations in Sandestin and yours was one of the best. The location, and the view were outstanding! Having the golf cart was a big help for everyone. We appreciated that the rental was pet friendly. We will be very interested in staying here again!
