You will want to come back and vacation in our brand new 3800 sq ft. custom home home year after year. It is a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath located in the Estrella Community of Goodyear which is 25 minutes from the airport. We have thought of everything we like in a vacation rental and we've made sure this home has it.
The Master bedroom is a romantic getaway. It includes a brand new and very comfortable California King Bed, with plush white sheets and Pottery Barn duvet, 50" plasma television with surround sound bar, gorgeous fireplace that can be used either in the bedroom or in the bathroom right by the large tub. It has an amazing closet that includes a built-in safe for your convenience, and a pull-down ironing board. You have access to the back patio from the Master Bedroom which includes comfortable chairs, couches, and tables. This bedroom suite is conveniently located close to the luxurious, fully-equipped laundry room. The Quinn House has great sound proofing and solid wood alder doors so you can assure you won't hear the laundry while you're sleeping. :)
The Gourmet bright kitchen includes top of the line Thermador stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and a large island to prepare your meals. You can seat 8 in the kitchen, 5 on the 2nd island, and 8 in the formal dining room for meals and entertaining.
The Great room is spectacular for entertaining or sitting down to watch television with your family, friends or business associates. The very large and comfortable sectional couch is a great spot to watch a movie on the brand new 73" DLP television. Blu ray, I-pod doc, DVD, VCR, etc. are all included along with a smart remote to easily manipulate through your options. There is a library of movies available for viewing.
Located near the great room, is a beautiful office that has a view of the front courtyard/fountain with wireless availability.
The home also includes 3 additional very large bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and walk-in closet. One of the bedrooms has a separate entrance to the front patio and has a king-size bed. The other two bedrooms have queen size beds in them.
Sunset views from the back patio and sunrise views from the front courtyard come at no extra charge...:) The front patio includes a comfortable outdoor couch, 2 club chairs, coffee table and side table as well as a very tranquil fountain. Great place to wake up and have a cup of coffee.
The Estrella community offers so many beautiful winding trails to walk, bike and picnic. It has 2 lakes that have walking paths all the way around them. The community also includes tennis, volleyball and basketball courts. Access to the fitness club is available as well. All of this less than 4/10's of a mile from the Quinn House.
For your convenience, there are 2 adult-size mountain bikes available in the 3-car tiled garage.
The home has soft water as well.
