Welcome to our newly renovated and fully furnished 1900 sq ft bungalow (no stairs). Located in the beautiful and peaceful Ocotillo Lakes area, the home has easy access to major freeways and is 25 minutes away from the Sky Harbor Airport. For the golfer, we're located within 5 minutes of 5 courses. Ask us about 50 percent off green fees at the Ocotillo Golf Resort when booking.
All four bedrooms contain queen size beds with ample storage (closets and dressers). The master bedroom contains an ensuite with dual sinks, separate tub and shower. A large walk in closet finishes the room. Both living and family room have entertainment centers which include flat screen LCD TV'S (42 and 46 inch) with surround sound and DVD players for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully stocked.
Close by are amenities such as tennis courts, biking and jogging/walking trails throughout the community and several championship golf courses. Fabulous shopping malls, and sports complexes are also located nearby. Within walking distance are restaurants and grocery shopping.
After a full day of the activity of your choice, come home to the oasis like backyard. Relax in the heated pool or spa,lounge around the patio while your dinner cooks on the grill.
