What a perfect house! We have had some not so good experiences before with rentals but this was lovely and I would stay in this house over and over again! We have 2 small children 4 and 1 and the house was perfect for them - single level with lots of space. There are 2 rooms that have more than enough space for a crib which we rented. The house is clean and exactly as pictured, the pool and hot tub excellent. The community is wonderful - i enjoyed my morning runs and the kids loved the ducks. There is a park about a 5-10 min walk away which is huge. Starbucks and safeway are about a 5 min walk away. This is a gem of a place. I'm a bit reluctant to share this with the world and keep this secret to myself but it really is a wonderful place. The owners were AMAZING to deal with.

This was our fist time using VBRO. This home was exactly as the pictures showed. The heated pool and hot tub were used everyday we were there. The location was perfect, walking distance to shopping and food. The owners were great to work with very accommodating. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the Chandler area.

Just got back from 9 days golfing in Phoenix. This home was absolutely PERFECT for our group. Everything was just as advertized and worked perfectly. From the 2 big flat screen TVs to the pool and hot tub, a traveller couldn't ask for more. The barbeque on the covered patio was also a nice feature. Owner provided a list of instructions and helpful hints and there were no suprises. Air conditioning will keep the place as cool as you like. Lots of room in the living spaces and four private bedrooms worked well for our group. If we return to Phoenix (Chandler) for another trip, we will certainly try to rent this house again.

Another wonderful visit

This was our second stay in this home, but it certainly won't e our last. Everything about the house and the area is convenient. The grocery store and other shops are within easy walking distance and there is just about anything one could want in the way of shopping, specialty shops, restaurants, etc. within roughly two miles. The neighborhood is quiet and all of the properties are well maintained. The home has everything you need and more. The owners are friendly, responsive, and a delight to deal with. We'll be back.

ASU Graduation visit

This house was perfect for our visit, its in very good condition with a well stocked kitchen. The pool and hot tub and patio were great for relaxing outside. There is a shopping center only a block from the house and the surrounding neighbor is very safe. The list description and photos were accurate. I would highly recommend this house rental. Two good restaurants are near by: Oregano's and Native New Yorker---good food at a reasonable price.

The owners of the home are very easy to work with and very organized. This was our first time renting through the site and will use this as a resource again because of our experience. The home has everything you need! The rooms are great size with nice beds. The pool and hot tub look just like the pictures. Great area to entertain and be with family inside and outside the home. Can walk to the local grocery store. We look forward to staying here again! That is how much we loved it. Thank you! April in NC!

This was our second stay at this house. We had such an easy and enjoyable time in 2010 that we booked again. We go down to play golf and the Ocotillo and Chandler area has great choices. The house is perfect for the 4 of us; we all have our own room. The pool and backyard is great for pre-golf relaxing and the hot tub for post golf therapy. The owner is very easy to deal with, which starts your holiday off on the right note. We will book again in 2012.

Everything about the place was as good or better than advertised. We were visiting our son and his family about 10 minutes away from the house. The grandchildren stayed with us several nights and we had the best opportunity ever to really connect with them. We usually only get out there about once a year, but we are already planning and looking forward to our next trip and plan to stay longer next time. For those who like Mexican food, try Guaido's Tacos in downtown Chandler. Best fish tacos anywhere. For more upscale, go to Sarono's, also downtown. Family owned for many years and great food. Thank you for allowing us to share your Chandler home.

Fantastic Vacation Home for Family

This home is truly a wonderful place in which my family and I vacationed. This home and location is tops in all respects. Indeed, the pool was inviting and comfortable during the time we stayed in this home. What drew us to this property were the accurate photos, the fantastic location in Ocotillo area of Chandler, AZ. We vacation either in Scottsdale, AZ or Ocotillo each summer, and this home is among the best. I would recommend this property for families with children or active adults. The neighborhood is very well maintained, clean, and there certainly is a sense of pride in the way the entire neighborhood is kept. And yes. It was safe. The owners were very cooperative and answered any questions we had. What surprised us most about this home was that there are two complete surround sound entertainment systems - one in the family room, and the other in the living room. Yeah, we'll certainly return to this home for sure. If you choose to stay in this vacation property, we wish you the best of a comfortable and pleasant experience, just as we had during our stay.

Perfect spot for a family

We visited in March, 2010 with our grown children and two granddaughters (ages 1 and 3). It was perfect for our purposes. This home is well-maintained and very convenient to golf, shopping of all kinds, grocery store a three minute walk away, Starbucks(!) and the highways. Quiet neighborhood. Family friendly. I would recommend this home to anyone searching for a comfortable and well-maintained place for several couples or a family vacation. You do not need to worry that the palce is run-down or dirty or poorly equipped - it's not. No complaints or disappointments at all. The owners are very accomodating and pleasant to deal with - just a phone call away. If and when we plan a family vacation in Phoenix area again, we will definitely try to return to this home.

Comment Rating: positive We spent the month of February, 2010 at this home in Chandler. Great location for relaxing in warm weather. Home is located in a very nice neighborhood. Easy to get around to shopping, restaurants etc;. Home is A-1, roomy and well kept. Heated pool and hot tub are a plus. Highly recommended.

We have been here for the month of January 2010. The weather has been unseasonably wet, but our visit here has been lovely, especially the heated pool and hot tub. This home is well furnished, open and spacious, and well kept. Our friends who visited also felt this way. The owners are very open to comments and very easy to deal with. We will be back.
