Location: Just off the fairway in Elkhorn, Sun Valley. Feel like you are in the Rocky Mountains!! (4332 Fairway Nine, Sun Valley, Idaho)

Accommodations: Condominium, 3 bedrooms (2Q, 1D), 1 loft with Q sleeper sofa, 3 baths - 1 with Jacuzzi. Sleeps 6-8. Wi-Fi and Cable. Non-smoking.

Winter: 3 minute drive to Dollar Mountain lifts, 10-12 minutes to River Run/Bald Mountain Lifts, slightly longer on the free ski bus. Bus stop about ½ block away.

Summer: Elkhorn amenities including tennis with instruction and camps, pools, golf, 5 minute drive to free Sun Valley symphonies and Sun Valley Village. Free KART bus-great for teens.

This lovely condominium stands apart from others in Elkhorn after being fully renovated. It has gorgeous rough hewn logs for staircases, both oak and carpet flooring, pickled natural wood paneling, and granite counters and tile in kitchen and bath.

The main living area on the second floor has a stone fireplace with a convenient gas insert for instant warmth and ambiance. Sunsets over Dollar Mountain seen from here are often quite spectacular.

The dining area features a farm style table which seats 8, including enough dishes and flatware to handle such a crowd.

The nearby kitchen is appointed with modern appliances and granite counters framed by silk foliage, grape vine trellis, rooster, hen and copper burnished pots, all illuminated with spot lighting. An ice maker and blender assure a plentiful supply of drinks in the summer. With a large selection of cooking utensils, a gas oven, stove and microwave, just about any meal can be prepared with ease. The deck has a gas grill, along with table, chairs and umbrella.

On the first floor there is a master bedroom with a queen sized bed, down comforter, and attached full bath. The middle bedroom has a double bed and a TV. The shared full bath on this floor has a sink area, separated by a door from the rest of the facilities. The 3rd bedroom has a queen sized bed with down comforter and sliding glass doors to a deck, with views of the golf course and Dollar Mountain. The washing machine and dryer are also located on this floor.

The third floor loft has a queen sleeper sofa suitable for children, or this space can be used as a sitting room. The full bath on this level has a tub with a Jacuzzi for those sore muscles after a day of hiking or skiing.

If those muscles are still sore, the community hot tub and sauna are located just 1 block away at the Fairway Nine pool. Other amenities offered at Elkhorn include tennis, golf, and the larger pools. Access to the walking and bike path is a ½ block away. There is a small but well stocked grocery store within walking distance.

Ski racks are located in the closet on the front porch.

With Sun Valley Village just 5 minutes away, Ketchum 1 mile further, you get the best of the mountains and upscale dining, shopping and entertainment with this lovely condominium.
