Welcome to beautiful Lake Harmony Estates and our home. Our four bedroom home is waiting just for you, your family and/or friends to relax and explore all the Pocono mountains has to offer.
We offer you and your family/friends four big and comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom, located upstairs, has a king size bed, two dressers and two closets, a double futon couch for additional sleeping. On the same floor is a full bathroom and a second bedroom with a double bed, dresser, closet. Finally, relax on the deck with access from both bedrooms.
On the first floor is a large family room with two large bay windows overlooking the front and side of property. Off of family room is a third bedroom with a double bed, two dressers, closet and private full bathroom. Also on first floor, is a fourth bedroom with double bed, two dressers and a closet. There is a third full bathroom next to bedroom. On the main floor is a brick wood fireplace. There is a full kitchen and a sunroom with kitchen and outdoor access.
Sunroom is equipped with a wooden/glass table and four chairs. The basement is fully furnished and equipped with a wet bar, wood fireplace, billiards table, foosball table and a 7-person sauna. The laundry room and half bath is also located on this floor. There is a grill available with dining area out front of home. Outdoor furniture and picnic area.
There are many amenities within a short (5 minutes) driving distance.
During the Summer months you will have access to the Lake Harmony Estates Beach which is included with the house rental. The beach is just around the corner of house. There are several great restaurants, five-star quality to bathing suit/flip-flop or winter warm atmosphere. Within Split Rock resort area, there is a sand bar on beach to purchase drinks of any kind and weekend bands. Also, Monday beach party with a DJ and contests/games for families/friends. There is also the Sugar Shack in which you can rent row boats, kayaks, canoes and paddle boats or just purchase some sugary snacks. There is also a movie theater, game room, bowling, ice cream parlor, tennis and spa. Take a horse carriage ride or hit 18 holes on the beautiful split rock golf course. Additional fees will apply to various activities payable directly to those services.
While visiting our home in the Winter months you will be able to enjoy skiing, snowboarding, tubing and more at the Jack Frost and Big Boulder Ski Resorts. There are many restaurants, bars and dance clubs within a 2 mile radius of our location. If you want to spend the day at the pool, you can do that and so much more at the amazing H2OOOOO Indoor Family Water Park. PA's first indoor water park with a flowrider. It also boasts water slides with 4 story drops, the relaxing Lava Springs hot tub,and the Jungle Falls and Leapin Lizards play areas.
There is also several evening bar/restaurants right on the lake for you to enjoy. Each one with their own form of entertainment such as, karaoke, bands, pool tables, sports, fine dining, outside dining and BYOB's.

It is a complete indoor water park that has attractions for all ages, including the KOMODO DRAGON - Pennsylvania's 1st Indoor Flow Rider. Daredevils will want to try the VIPER, PIRANHA and AMAZON BLAST Slides, which drop 4 stories. Those looking for refreshing relaxation will enjoy the LAVA SPRINGS hot tubs. The little ones will have a great time at the JUNGLE FALLS & LEAPIN' LIZARDS play areas.

We have bought 304 Estates as both an investment property and vacation home for our families and friends. We are not only close friends who have grown-up together, but also business partners in a successful restaurant/bar business. Together we have spent many vacations together with our families and friends in the Poconos. Many wonderful memories have been shared on our trips to one of the most beautiful and activity rich parts of the Northeast. When we decided that we wanted to partner in an investment property, it seemed only natural that we would choose to do so in our favorite getaway place. 304 Estates Drive is a home that we are very excited to share with you and your family and friends.

We love to wake up in the morning,, take a walk and see deers everywhere. Walk down to the lake and listen to music in the summer or a short drive to award winning snowboarding and skiing in the winter.

What a Beautiful place!! The house was awesome, the mountain air was refreshing and just an awesome time!! The dear were just beautiful and the leaves were changing already. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to spend a great time with friends and family!

Loved waking up with the deers in the front yard. Close to the lake, and all of the Restaurants. Cant wait for the winter with being so close to two different Mountains.

Was not as described. It was NOT clean or well maintained. The owner was not helpful at all. Many things were dangerous, such as no wall outlet covers on porch. Railing were in poor condition walking into house. Outdoor furniture was rusty, and other tables and benches were all peeling. Not able to sit outside. Described as good for up to fourteen people, not enough seating for meals. Rugs needed to be cleaned. Washer didn't work. Shower in one bathroom didn't work. No working half bath downstairs. Just overall not what it was advertised to be. Air conditioner .?????
Owner response:This renter was given wrong information from the YMCA who we gave to as a charity auction. The person called, and was given our maitenance man # to fix any problems. The AC was the biggest complaint that was listed as can get one AC unit in advance notice. They did not ask for in Advance and then with the heat wave none were available.

The place was beautiful - the pictures do not do it justice. It was very exciting for me and my family to be there. It was very well kept. I would recommend anyone of our family members/friends to stay there. And the location was great for the slopes. We are truly looking forward to staying there again in fact i have already printed out the calendar for the available dates.

I had the opportunity to stay at this house with friends the weekend of 12/5 and it was great! It is tucked in a quiet area close to restaurants and bars, with picturesque views of the land and trees surrounding the property. The house is clean, warm, and inviting with plenty of space for groups to stay, cook, relax and have fun. It has the feel of being in a lodge with the loft bedrooms, fireplace, and beautiful woodwork. We really had a great time here and will be booking another stay for some much needed down time after the holidays!

I was one of a few friends to stay at this particular house the weekend of 12/5. It's set about 30 yards back into the lot, and the views, especially the back are great (we got 5 inches of snow, making it pretty serene). The house is laid-out well: beds were comfortable, the 2 gas fire-places are great, and the bar in the basement is exactly what you would expect (great place to watch some football). The sauna was a nice surprise. Overall, it was warm, clean and comfortable: I'll stay here anytime.

We are very proud of the improvements that we have made this year. We have place new mattresses on the beds, new flat screen TV's, a new chandeler, and two new gas fireplaces that keep the place so warm and comfortable.
