Beautiful, two-bedroom, two-bath condominium two-tenths miles from the ocean. An even shorter walk to grocery stores, pharmacy, ice cream, and miniature golf!

Well-kept condominium keeps you cozy when you are away from home. Freshly painted throughout with new TV, couch, ceiling fans (in both bedrooms and living room), and patio furniture. Did I mention an INDOOR/outdoor pool? (Just in case).

Below the deck is plenty of room for bikes, roller blades, baby strollers, or even a big red wagon (a must to get all your stuff down to the beach). Plenty of parking.

This bay-side location is close to everything, but quiet and relaxed. Why pay big renters fees and surcharges? Our home is your home. ENJOY!

Rentals May 1 - Labor Day are Saturday to Saturday. Weekend rates/ daily rates are available Labor Day- April 30.

I have been renting units at Club Ocean Villas for over 20 years. Usually I use a rental agency, but none of the agencies allow dogs in their units. So I decided to rent from an individual. The owner of this unit was easy to deal with. Answered all my questions and the cost was comparable to what the agencies charge. The unit was clean and had all the utensils, pans, etc needed for my week away.

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Very clean and quiet. access to indoor and outdoor pool and only a short walk to the beach. great rental

This is a very well cared for unit with all the ammenities you need. Only two blocks to the beach and everything else you need within walking distance. It was clean, quiet and very spacious. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to others.
