  An excellent place to stay in the center of the city life of Athens! We loved this place. It had exactly all the things mentioned in the posting. Right from the beginning of our stay, which was after midnight (due to our late flight) through the last morning of our 4th day, it was a wonderful experience of being conveniently located near the Victoria Metro, the bakeries and coffee shops, the grocery stores and the shopping mall for daily stuff that we could buy, and of course our nice walks to Plaka. We wanted to experience the city life, which we absolutely did - while touring Acropolis and other wonders of Athens! Adoni was a gracious host welcoming us midnight, with detailed directions from the airport to home, and giving us really handy tips and insights. He was highly accommodating. Strongly recommend! We truly miss it already!!

  We used this apartment as our "home base" during our travels to Northern Greece and to the Greek Islands. The apartment is well maintained, clean, and located very close to bakeries, ATMs and a nice square with a few good restaurants to choose from. Cabs were plentiful and cheap...only 5 € to the Acropolis and the downtown markets (10 minutes by cab). Be prepared for some traffic noise in the apartment from the busy streets, but keep in mind the traffic is busy in Athens everywhere you go… Adoni was fantastic, very friendly and accommodating. He met us at the apartment and was more than willing to answer any questions we had. Even during our travels to the Islands he took the time to check in and see how the rest of our trip was going...certainly a nice gesture and was very much appreciated. Quaint accommodations, wireless internet, and close to all amenities made this a wonderful stay, thanks again Adoni! We certainly recommend this apartment without hesitation and would certainly stay again!

  We needed a place to stay in Athens for a night before meeting up with some friends. We really wantd a more private apartment versus an expensive hotel that is more costly and less personable. Adoni was most accommodating to let us stay one night, when typically longer stays required for apartments. They charged slightly more, but still cheaper than most hotels I found. It is a small but quaint apartment and it was really great to have the smaller washer to freshen up our clothes for the rest of the trip. They were very accommodating with help with advice for transportation to and from the apartment and accommodating our schedule to let us into the place! It was a bit noisy since it is right next to a busy street and athens stays up late but all in all we were very happy and wished we had longer to enjoy the apartment. It is feasible, and we did, walk to the main area of Athens such as acropolis and plaka region, but will take about thirty minutes to walk at a brisk pace. We walked back to the apartment late at night and felt fairly safe. We would recommend this and will consider it for our future travels to Greece!

  We had a great time in Athens thanks to this perfectly located apartment. It's no problem to walk to Omonya and Monastiri Place. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, well equipped with everything you need and decorated with good taste. Adoni is always helpful and we hope to stay longer next time. We really liked to stay here.

  I am a Greek-American and I come to Athens every year or two, and whenever I am there I stay at this apartment with my family. It is centrally located, close to all kinds of stores, restaurants, and shops, and has all the amenities of home. The air conditioning system is a must in 40 degree plus weather, and is extremely efficient. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom clean with great water pressure, and the kitchen modern with all manner of cookware and accessories. Adonis is wonderful, very helpful and knowledgeable about anything Athens or Greek related, and is willing to assist you in any way necessary to make your stay perfect. I love the easy accessibility of the location, close to the Metro, taxis, 28 of October Street, Alexandras Avenue, and within walking distance of downtown if you like to use your feet. The super market across the street, bakery, and green-grocer are all a moment away for snacking and necessities. All-in-all a really great place to stay. I have stayed in many places in Athens and this is the best. I highly recommend it.

  This apartment had literally everything and more that a person could need. We took advantage of the wifi and the mini washing machine. The Metro stop is just two blocks away and the bus stop for sounion is just a block away. Everything was so accessible. We also loved the bakeries, restaurants, and grocery store on the same block as the apartment. Adoni was very accommodating. Bottom Line: Highly recommend!

  I stayed at the apartment alone for four months while completing my studies. The space is beautiful, clean and very sunny. Adoni is wonderful and has equipped the apartment with every gadget you could possibly need for your stay (including wireless internet access). Clean linens are provided with weekly cleaning service. The building feels very safe and is next to a collection of bakeries, coffee shops and grocery stores. The apartment is about a two minute walk from Viktoria Metro station (part of the green line) and ten minutes from the National Archaeological Museum. The Acropolis and Syntagma Square is about twenty minutes away on foot or two metro stops. I highly recommend this apartment. Suitable to those traveling alone or in big groups friends and family.

  Tom and I, 60 somethings, found the apartment to be comfortable, clean, bright. Pluses included the air conditioning in 2 rooms, the well equipped kitchen, the location near Victoria Metro station and the Carrefour Supermarket directly across from the condo building. We used the Metro during the day and took cabs if we were out late. Adoni met us as arranged, filled us in on the area and was helpful in getting us oriented our first jet-lagged day. Another plus is the National Archeological Museum nearby which is worth a visit. Cafes are everywhere - Victoria Square, the modern building across 3rd of September street, and in the square of the Museum. Great for people watching.

  My wife and I stayed at this apartment during our stay in Athens. Adoni was very helpful and met us at the apartment when we arrived. The apartment was clean and spacious, and everything was very comfortable. The only thing holding this apartment back from a 5 star rating is the lack of wireless internet access.

  I stayed in the apartment for 4 nights. It was clean, safe, very comfortable, close to grocery shopping, banks and the metro. I loved the natural light and the plants. I was a single woman traveling alone and I felt very safe. Adoni was flexible in meeting me after my Greece tour, answered all my questions and followed up with me after my stay.
