Comfortable Spot in the Urban Fabric

Tom and I, 60 somethings, found the apartment to be comfortable, clean, bright. Pluses included the air conditioning in 2 rooms, the well equipped kitchen, the location near Victoria Metro station and the Carrefour Supermarket directly across from the condo building. We used the Metro during the day and took cabs if we were out late. Adoni met us as arranged, filled us in on the area and was helpful in getting us oriented our first jet-lagged day. Another plus is the National Archeological Museum nearby which is worth a visit. Cafes are everywhere - Victoria Square, the modern building across 3rd of September street, and in the square of the Museum. Great for people watching.

My wife and I stayed at this apartment during our stay in Athens. Adoni was very helpful and met us at the apartment when we arrived. The apartment was clean and spacious, and everything was very comfortable. The only thing holding this apartment back from a 5 star rating is the lack of wireless internet access.

Safe and Comfortable Athens Apartment

I stayed in the apartment for 4 nights. It was clean, safe, very comfortable, close to grocery shopping, banks and the metro. I loved the natural light and the plants. I was a single woman traveling alone and I felt very safe. Adoni was flexible in meeting me after my Greece tour, answered all my questions and followed up with me after my stay.

Well-Equipped Apartment

I stayed in this apartment for 3 nights. It was close to the metro and Adoni gave perfect directions. I stayed in other flats and this one was by far the best. All of the comforts of home were in the apartment. I really liked the central location and the air conditioning! A great experience!

This was my first trip to Athens and found the apt location very accesible to both taxis and the metro station. The apt was clean, very comfortable it came fully equipped with every possible household items a traveler could use. Our welcome by Adoni was great, he had tons of information to share on how to get around Athens and what to visit. Overall experience was Excellent.

Convenient, spacious Athens Apartment

My boyfriend and I stayed here for five nights in May. Adoni was gracious and helpful when meeting us at the apartment. It's clean, comfortable and extremely well stocked (kitchen, bathroom, furniture, travel books, TV, stuff for kids, even an umbrella when we needed it!). We saved money by eating some of our meals in, without having to eat sitting on a bed! It's in a residential area (i.e. few tourists), which we liked, a few blocks from Victoria Square, which is a good place for coffee or a quick bite. (When that metro re-opens it will be especially convenient). The neighborhood isn't fancy, but seemed safer than Omonia. Also, a huge supermarket is right across the street. It's really nice having a truly separate living room and dining area from the bedroom. There's definitely traffic noise, but I think that comes with the territory when staying in Athens! We just left the fan on at night to block it out.

Bright and comfortable

I stayed five nights in this very comfortable and well-equipped apartment. It's exactly as pictured, bright and with many well-tended plants. Very clean; kitchen has everything needed--including condiments--to prepare some meals in. The location is close to some major avenues, and so it's easy to get oriented and find your way around to all the attractions. The owner is quite personable and helpful, a good resource for any questions you might have. He even directed me to a nearby shop where I could get provisions for my food allergies...thanks, Adoni!

Fantastic Athens apartment

I thoroughly enjoyed living like a local at this apartment. It was really well equipped, spotlessly clean and spacious. The rooms were lovely and bright and the ceilings were high, which added to the character of the place. The large double room had such a comfortable bed!! The apartment was conveniently located within a short distance of all the main sights in Athens and just 20 seconds from a carrefour supermarket!! Adoni met us on arrival and he was an extremely helpful host, who really made us feel welcome. He gave us lots of useful advice on Athens and gave us his number in case we had any other questions during our stay. He actually called us on our second day to make sure everything was ok. I would highly recommend this apartment!!

A real home away from home

I stayed in this apartment for three weeks in October 2010 while following a language course in a nearby school. For one person the apartment is of course luxury with plenty of space. I found it very cosy and quickly developed a feeling of being at home there. It is indeed very well equipped, no need to bring anything for the household. Contacts with the owner were very pleasant and when I arrived at the apartment I was welcomed by Adoni who proved to be as helpful and friendly as I had read in the other reviews. As my stay was rather long, Adonis even called me in the meantime to see if everything was alright and arranged a free cleaning of the apartment for me. Visitors who are sensitive to city sounds should know that the apartment is on a busy street - and I mean busy at all times of day and night. But who travels to Athens for peace and quiet? In general, I can absolutely recommend the apartment to anyone who wants to avoid being in the touristic center all the time and see more of real life in Athens.

Reasonable and Cozy

My husband, two children (ages 9 and 12) and I stayed at this condo and we were very pleased with it. There was plenty of room for us all and the air conditioning was lovely in the heat of the summer! The kitchen is fully equipped and it is just blocks away from the Metro and the nearest supermarket. It is clean and well maintained and the photos on the website reflect very accurately what you will find. Adonis was very warm and welcoming and helped us get oriented. We knew we could call on him if we needed anything. I highly recommend this property.
