The beachfront complex composed of 12 condominium units in 4 buildings is set on the directly on the Pacific Ocean in the town of Hermosa and looks directly across to the peninsula to the Four Seasons. The mile long beach is ideal for strolling, eating, watching sunsets and of course, swimming. The soft-sand cushions bare feet and makes all beach front activities desirable.
Excursions can be booked directly on the beach for every possible activity including surfing, snorkeling, fishing, sunset sails, zip line tours, white water rafting and more. Monkeys can often be found swinging through the trees along the beach and surrounding the complex in the early morning and late afternoon hours. You can sit in luxury at the private pool looking out over the beach or stroll a few yards and be directly on the beach. The complex and unit are perfect for those seeking a relaxing, exotic escape in an upscale environment.
The unit is approximately 2,100 SF with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The master bedroom is en suite and has a king sized bed. The second en suite bedroom has a queen bed as does the third bedroom. The third bath room is located in the hall and serves also as a powder room. All the baths are tiled in beautiful stone and have large showers and/or baths. The covered balcony is a wonderful place to eat and relax - even in the rare instance that you experience rain.

We live in Chicago with our three children. Our family loves the beach but also loves adventure and activity. We found the ideal combination of those items in Guanacaste.
Why the Owner Chose Playa Hermosa
My husband and I were walking the beach during a vacation to Hermosa, and we fell in love with the complex and unit. The beautiful finishes and open layout with the balcony felt perfect for the way we like to live and relax. Also, the security of the complex felt extremely high-end and the pool with the beach access was spectacular!
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Kitchen: Fully equipped including electric stove and over, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, blender, all dishes, glasses, silverware, cookware. Balcony: Covered and shielded from rain. Cushioned couch and chairs form a lovely seating area on one end. A table for six is situated at the other end. A limited ocean view is available from the corner, but the true view is the lush topography surrounding the property. Living Room/Dining Room: Sectional couch with coffee table. 42 inch flat screen with DVD player and IPOD speakers. Dining room table seats 6 but can seat 8. General: Linens and towels included. Beach towels provided. Wireless internet. Multi-level pool and jacuzzi.
