This 5th floor gorgeous unit is the largest two bedroom floor plan at Westwinds. BOTH bedrooms have king size beds, and are directly gulf front, approximately the same size and with the master bedroom having a separate sliding door to the lanai. Each bedroom has it's own bath with an extra sink area in the guest wing. The condo is a spacious 1370 SQ. FT. with three sets of sliding doors so it has an unusually open, airy feel, with more great views: the Gulf of Mexico, the gorgeous lushly landscaped pool, the golf course to the north, and the Westwinds waterfall and secluded hot tub.
The lanai has sliding doors opening into the living room and the master bedroom. The living room has an HDTV and DVD player , and all bedrooms also have TVs and DVD players. This is a popular requested rental with a large kitchen and all new stainless steel appliances. A stack washer/dryer is provided for you in the unit, along with several large closets. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room supplements the 2 bedrooms, so the unit can sleep 6 comfortably. We also provide free WIFI internet in the unit.
There is an onsite tiki hut which is staffed seasonally with food and drinks, no need to leave the pool for lunch.
The hot tub is secluded in the rocks, and the lagoon style pool and kiddie pool are attractively landscaped. The pool is heated year round. The new fitness center is for adult guests only and faces the pool and the gulf. Westwinds also has conference facilities for meetings and receptions.
Sandestin is a 2400 acre community with activities and restaurants on both the beach side and the bay side for your daytime and evening enjoyment.
The unit is a non-smoking unit, and guests must be 25 years of age to rent. No pets are allowed.
The calendar is maintained, and rates are current. Please check the rates and calendar before you email or call. Winter monthly rates available and Snowbirds are welcome! Sorry, no credit cards, but we take PayPal payments or personal and cashier's checks for payment.

HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless:
1. The National Weather Service order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and / or
2. A mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning area of residence of a vacationing guest.
THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning,” area, we will refund:
1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted: and
3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period

Westwinds is the newest building at the Sandestin Resort, and the facilities are gorgeous and very well maintained. Rentals are very good in this property, and the views and accommodations are top notch.

My family and girls (ages 15, 10) stayed in this condo the third week of June. The condo was great and was described perfectly. Very well kept/clean with no issues what so ever. Nice and private end unit with quick access to pool and beach. Appliances very nice and worked great. Will look forward to staying again in this unit.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had a great vacation and the condo was exactly as described. Plenty of room and excellent views. Our trip was the 1st week of June so we encountered "June Grass" in the ocean so stayed by the pool for 2 days. Will stay at the same location on return visit. The location was great and visited Baytowne Wharf 2 nights. Close to shopping and grocury stores.
Recommended for:Families with young children.
