The Dunes of Naples is a luxury condominium community located on the protected turtle preserve of Wiggins Pass State Park on Vanderbilt Beach. It was recently awarded one of the best developments in the US by the National Association of Home Builders. The Dunes offers a zero depth resort style pool/jacuzzi with tropical poolside full service Tiki Bar, elegant restaurant and bar, tennis courts with a pro shop, fitness center with sauna, spa and massage services along with walking trails inside this picturesque gated community. Additionally, each of the seven buildings in the complex has its own private pool/jacuzzi and grilling area.
Our condo is located on the 1st floor with a large private terrace/patio which allows direct access to the private pool deck. This roomy 3 bedroom/2 full bathroom condo includes: fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, TV/DVD in the family room and each bedroom, linens, beach towels, full-size washer & dryer and all the luxuries of home!! We are a 1/2 mile scenic walk to the beach. Beautiful downtown Naples, shopping, golf, biking, boating, fishing and more are a short drive away.

Our condo is located in beautiful Naples, Florida. It is 35 minutes from a major airport and 1/2 mile easy walk to the ocean.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our condo is located in the Cayman Building. We have a pool in our building and a larger zero depth pool with Tiki Bar just across from our building. We can go to the pool or beach. We are a short drive to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, movies, golf, biking and more. The Dune's grounds are picturesque! We love the versatility of being able to do many different activities and enjoy all the comforts of home.

Hello. Our names are Matthew and Susan Smith. We have 4 children. We purchased this condo because of the location and great amenities for our family to vacation. We decorated the condo as to make it a home away from home. We are on the terrace level with a great view. We love to be able to walk outside the lanai and walk directly down a set of stairs to the pool/jacuzzi and grilling area without taking an elevator. A short walk across from our building is the main Dune's Complex pool, restaurant, tiki bar, work-out facility and tennis courts. We are 1/2 mile from the ocean. We hope you enjoy your stay at our condo!
