This two story townhouse has a 10' by 24' deck to relax on, with a GREAT view of the Gulf. It also has a 5' by 24' balcony upstairs off the master bedroom. It's right at the City Park (great for kids with the playground equipment there) and one block from Downtown, the City Marina and Dock Street, where restaurants and shops are. You can walk to all these places or rent a golf cart and tour the Island and see the historic buildings and homes. There is also a State Park on the Island, and the Cedar Key Historical Museum is just four blocks away.
One block away you can rent a golf cart, a kayak, or a boat to go fishing on, or just take a tour on one of the tour boats and see some of the Gulf and the wildlife. So if you enjoy history, fishing, great seafood or just relaxing, then Cedar Key and this centrally located townhouse is the place for you.

The owner works for the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission, and lives on Cedar Key. The townhouse was owners permanent residence until about a year ago, so it has some nice personal touches to it.
