Charming beach house located just one block from the Pacific Ocean. Access to the mile long sand beach is easy and safe for children and older adults. The Arch Cape Deli is just around the corner and is a great source of picnic supplies, your morning latte, lunches to go and any grocery items you may have forgotten.
For the adventurous, there is surfing and ocean kayaking directly in front of the house, or also at Oswald State Park (three miles south) which boasts one of the nicest beaches anywhere in the world. The park also offers hiking, picnicking, and beach access. Ecola State Park (located four miles north) is another spectacular park offering all of the activities found along the Oregon Coast.
The house is an eastern style salt box design built in 1997, with a bank of windows to view the ocean from the living and dining room. The house works well for parties up to ten people, with three separate baths, a great bunk room for the kids, and deck for outdoor dining and entertaining.

Why the Owner Chose Arch Cape
The Oregon coast is one of the most spectacular landscapes in North America. The beaches rate with any in the world and are often un-crowded with great places to hike, surf, bike, or just lounge around on. The weather from April to October is usually very mild with the biggest storms and rain coming in November to February.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Beach access is terrific as are all the activities available in the town of Cannon Beach.
