For those who adore rest and nature this is really paradise.
This rustic bergerie lies in one of France's most beautiful regions, the Languedoc-Roussillon, in a protected nature resort. The bergerie is one of the largest in the region, fully renovated with a pool. There is plenty of parking space around the house. The closest neighbor lives 2 km further, so the house stands completely on its own.

La Franqui is the closest seaside town, 25 km away. The Languedoc-Roussillon is the biggest and most exciting vineyard in Europe, since we are oenologists, we can recommend a lot of good adresses of winegrowers to visit and to buy their excellent wines.

There are numerous historic sites and tourist attractions in the region; 1 hour to closest ski-slopes. Narbonne is the closest city, only 40 km away. Perpignan lies at 45 km away. Barcelona is at 250 km. The Rivesaltes airport is only 30 km away.

In July and August the temperature varies between 30 and 35 degrees Celcius, and there is a constant cooling breeze. In May-June and September-October it is still between 20 and 30 degrees C. Natural scenery is absolutely marvellous. During wintertime it is never really cold (0-15 degrees Celcius).

In any period of the year this holiday-residence is magnificent.
