  We loved the privacy of our rooms with ensuite bathrooms. The professional kitchen was wonderful especially for our cooking class. Common spaces gave us great areas to gather and enjoy each others company, and plenty of places to escape for quiet and privacy. All 10 of us agreed that the property exceeded our expectations. The grounds and the views were spectacular. Those three bathrooms on the ground level were wonderful to have. It saved trekking up to bathrooms. We loved being right in town. Almost all of us spent time in the local stores and businesses and found everyone helpful and friendly. Emma Villas it's more than exceeded our expectations. We had rented a villa the week before in Lenno on Lake Como. We enjoyed that experience as well, but we felt that the experience at Villa Angelini far exceeded that experience in terms of services provided and general care of the rental.

  The villa should have a wireless Internet network available. The only Internet option was a USB key which does not work with iPads/smartphones. The dishwasher in the unit did not really clean the dishes. Otherwise the villa was 'as advertised'. Easy to book and good follow-up. Very inconvenient to have to leave E1,000 security deposit. There must be some way of doing this with credit card per-authorizations. Car rental companies do it this way.

  The villa was lovely but the interior common rooms were not very inviting to sit or gather in. Excellent villa in a unique setting at the edge of a very nice village. Should be able to accept a bank transfer for security deposit instead of cash.

  The quality of Emma Villas services is outstanding due to the efforts of your administrative staff--Francesca and Lucca. Also, Maria Perrotta did a wonderful job of caring for our comforts in Villa Angelini. She came over almost every day to make sure we had beach towels, that the electrician had fixed everything, anwered all our questions about the villa, the town of Murlo, recommened restaurants, etc. Her enthusiastic personality made everyone feel more comfortable and relaxed. You have a wonderful employee in Maria. One suggestion re: Chef Service at the villa: Originally, we had wanted to have a chef prepare dinner for us one evening to celebrate a guest's birthday. However, when we realized that it would cost over 80 euros per person, we decided to prepare dinner ourselves. Of course, we were able to make a nice dinner for much less, but we missed the experience of having a real Italian chef fix a real Italian dinner. Perhaps you could make this service a little more reasonable in price. The other services that we used (tours and transportation) were excellent. Some of the lights were not working in several rooms. It took almost three days before they were fixed. Perhaps they could have been tested and fixed before we arrived. Also, we were not able to use the oven in the kitchen; even Maria couldn't make it work.
