Location: Mount Pleasant, Charleston Area, South Carolina, USA (Charleston 10 Miles)
Accommodations: House, 4 Bedrooms + No additional sleeping rooms avail, 2.5 Baths (Sleeps 10-12)
Our Mt. Pleasant rental property is a great place to unwind and enjoy great food, shopping, and of course the beach! It is located less than 10 miles from downtown Charleston and less than 5 five from Sullivan's Island beach. The house is located in the Old Village of Mt. Pleasant and it is 2 rows off the marsh. There is a pond beside the house that will keep little one's busy for hours fishing.
There is a large bedroom on the bottom level that has two doubles in it with a bath. Upstairs there is a room with a queen bed and a crib. There is yet another room with a king bed and a crib. Then the last room has two twins. The house is set up for kids! There are rails to put on the beds, high chairs, toys, even kid silverware. There is a big fenced in backyard and a great deck that overlooks the pond. There is a gas grill for you to cook on in the evenings.
We love Charleston for so many reasons. The restaurants in downtown as well as Mt. Pleasant are all wonderful. The fishing is great for off shore or in shore. We love to shop in the market and just relax at the beach. Everything is so convenient. You will love this location as much as we do!

This house was well equipped with plenty of towels and kitchen ware. The kids enjoyed the screened in porch and large deck out back. It is a nice quiet neighborhood to walk in and the ride to the beach took only a few minutes. (walking to it is not possible) The kids enjoyed sitting by the pond fishing (bring bug spray). The home was in good shape-the house has a dining room, but the kitchen table was small so we had to spread out to screen in porch table. Publix is 2 miles away.

We have been to this house many trips during summers and absolutely love it. You will love eating at Red's on Shem Creek, Vickery's, and Guissepi's! There is wonderful shopping in the area as well. The house feels like a home and you will want to come back over and over again. Thanks to the owners for maintaining such a nice home in a nice quiet neighborhood!!! Can't wait to come back!
