This fabulous restored, country house with romantic surrounding gardens, is in the heart of the Marche, highlighted by its setting of the Sibillini Park. Our villa has been decorated with great attention to detail. Ideal for your summer vacations and it can accommodate until 15 people.
It is possible to rent the entire Villa Paradiso (sleeps 8/11 people) or in addition Mini Paradiso (sleeps 2/4 people). The villa could be also separated in three independent apartments of each other. The 3 kitchens that feature within the house have been designed using the finest materials and feature every cooking utensil/appliance one could need. Villa Paradiso is self-catering but is situated near to some of the most important and typical restaurants of the region. Each of the 5 romantic bedrooms are both elegant and refined in their style. There are 6 bathrooms of which 4 have showers. The Villa features a beautiful private swimming pool in the tranquility of the park.
5 bedrooms, sleeps of 10/11 people 1 living room fireplace with sofa bed, sleeps 2 people. 1 living room into 'Mini Paradiso' with sofa bed, sleeps 2 people. All rooms are authentically furnished, four have generous matrimonial double beds, one has two standard size single beds. The beds are new and feature latticed mattresses. The Country House provides both linen and towels for each accommodation unit rented. The bathrooms are modern, clean and feature the latest luxurious radiators. Each bathroom is decorated in a particular way that is in line with the rest of the house's unique interior. Each is equipped with towels that are provided by the Villa's staff and toweling robes and shower mats and hairdryers.
Situated with the National Sibillini Park with a stream that runs through the gardens, our romantic villa enjoys a reserved and tranquil surroundings. A few kilometres from the typical historical villages such as M.S.Martino and Servigliano and not far from the historical and grand city centre of Ascoli P.Macerata, with its open air opera festival in July & August is just over an hour's drive. Near to the sandy beaches of San Benedetto del T. and Civitanova Marche if you want to spend some days being lazy on the sandy beaches of the Adriatic sea or to visit the busy town centers that these locations offer. These towns are also renowned for shoe production and you can visit the many outlets such as Tods, Paciotti amongst others there. Near to characteristic shops and renowned restaurants where you can indulge in some fine wines and sample some exquisite cuisine of the Marche region. In this area the local food and wine festivals 'Sagre' are very popular and are very pleasurable to visit.
