$69/night if more than one night. ($75 for 1 night)
i need $69 upfront to hold the house. when you arrive i will need $200
deposit in case of damages. at the end of the stay i will return the $200
CANCELATION: if you cancel before 10 days i will refund your $69. If you cancel
within the week you are supost to come i will refund your $69 IF i find a replace
ment. if i cant rent out the place i keep the $69 since you cancelation
made me loose all the revenue i would have made that weekend. if i find another
renter i will refund you the $69. I have no cleaning or other fees

I am very close to the train and the high way. most places are NOT close to a train AND the 90/94 high way. the high way takes you right down town in 10-15min. I think my area has the best night- life scene in the whole city. north , milwaukee, and damen intersection is the hottest area in Chicago right now. Best food, boutiques, bars
