My place will be clean but if you are expecting a hotel this is not it. But if you want a BIG, modern, cool, fun, INEXPENSIVE place to stay, than this is IT!

$119/night + 1 time $40 fee you have 5+people since i need to set up more beds.
i need $119 upfront to hold your reservation. I have NO cleaning or any other fees
if you want a cleaning service i can hire one for a fee. $35 for pets
CANCELATION: if you cancel before 4 weeks i will refund your $119. If you cancel
within the week you are supost to come i will refund your $119 IF i find a replace
ment. if i cant rent out the place i keep the $119 since you cancelation
made me loose all the revenue i would have made that weekend. if i find another
renter i will refund you the $119. I have no cleaning or other fees

Why the Owner Chose Near North Side
I am very close to the train and the 90/94 high way. Most places are NOT close to a train AND the 90/94 high way. The high way takes you right down town in 10-15min. The Blue line CTA train is 5 blockas away from my door. I think my area has the best night-life scene in the whole city. north , milwaukee, and damen intersection is the hottest area in Chicago right now. Best food, boutiques, bars.
