ABOUT COPPER MOUNTAIN: Known as the "Local's Favorite," Copper Mountain is the largest ski and snowboard resort in Summit County. It is also the only ski resort that features naturally separated terrain, allowing beginners, intermediates, and experts to ski and ride on their own distinct areas of the mountain. Its central location (situated between Breckenridge/Keystone to the east and Vail to the west) makes it ideal for the guest who wants to get out and enjoy other resorts as well.
With 2433 acres of skiable terrain, Copper Mountain is the biggest and least crowded mountain resort area in Summit County, Colorado. Despite being the biggest, it has the least amount of lodging units available which is the main reason for Copper's uncrowded lifts and runs. With its naturally divided ski terrain that separates skiers by ability across the mountain, Copper has been called "the most nearly perfect ski mountain in the United States" by the Forest Service.
It’s also known as the Local’s Favorite. Perhaps that’s due to Copper’s long, steep mogul runs, or its ample above-timberline open bowl skiing. True ski-in, ski-out unit within steps of the American Eagle Lift.

A group of friends traveling together, and the accommodations absolutely fit the bill. We were at the Wanderlust yoga festival, and literally heard from another group who saw us sitting on the balcony enjoying an afternoon glass of wine that the location was to die for..they said they wished they were staying with us! Repeatedly throughout the four days in Copper I heard comments about "the best location in the resort." Yes, it truly was, with a view of the lifts, center village and the half pipe. But beyond that, Josh was really accommodating of our requests and very responsive. The rooms were tidy and felt comfortable. Deck is a great afternoon spot in the summer. We will be back!!

Great condo right in the main village at Copper Mountain. The unit was easy to find with parking available. It was clean and had plenty of room for 7 adults. We would stay here again.

This is a great property. It is clean, well furnished, and is in a perfect location. The property manager is easy to contact and work with. We travelled with three children and the bunks were perfect.

This condo was very convenient, decorated nicely, and comfortable. We had about 15 families from our neighborhood at the resort and I think this place was one of the best locations. I will say that being above Jack's restaraunt was loud during the afternoon and early evening hours and the snow machines groming the slopes all night long was annoying the first two nights. However we barely noticed the rest of the week and slept soundly. I would recommend it to other families with 2-4 children.

Location Location Location
Location Location Location
The condo was everything advertised. Clean, roomy, comfortable. The location was right on top of the mountain and the views were spectatcular. It could not have been more convenient to American Eagle or American Flyer chair lifts. Great to come into the condo mid day for lunch/snack/warmth etc. One caveat about location though. Because the condo is RIGHT on the mountain, there was a fair amount of snow cat noise in the evening and early morning as the mountain was being groomed. Both my wife and I agreed that the perfect location off-set the inconvenience of the snow cat noise. Rental company was very easy to work with. No issues what-so-ever. Would definitely rent this condo and go to Copper again. Great mountain and wonderful restaurants.

Very nice unit
Very nice unit
This unit proved to be everything that we expected for our family of four and we would recommend it to others. All furnishings were very nice and comfortable. We liked that we had a separate bedroom for our two sons to share and both bedrooms and the family room had a large flatscreen TV. Also especially nice were the two bathrooms. Both were very large, new, and clean w/ two large bathtubs. And the kitchen, while not especially large, had plenty of room to maneuver which isn't always the case in a ski condo. The kitchen could maybe use a little more cupboard space, but this wasn't a big issue for our 3-4 day stay. There were also plenty of pillows and extra blankets, and two box fans. Finally, all communications w/ Josh were very smooth and timely. And location is outstanding, in Center Village, with nice views and very close to two of the main lifts. From the balcony, you can see the lines at both lifts.

Perfect location for an active family
Perfect location for an active family
We just returned from our fifth trip to Colorado and Copper Mountain and by far, this was our best experience. This unit was in the perfect location for our family and was equipped with everything we needed to have a great week of skiing. Our two teenage children are alpine ski racers so they were both participating in camps and being so close to the American Eagle lift allowed them to come and go as they pleased and at good wholesome meals in our unit versus overpriced fast food in the lodge. The unit was spotless and we tried to keep it that way! If not for the mountain's need to build the Superpipe just outside our window every night until about 2 am this would have been a perfect stay. Highly recommend this unit and we will reserve way ahead of schedule for next year!

Manager response: Hi Michael, I am so glad you and your family had such a good time at the condo. You will have to come back some time when you can enjoy the view of the Super Pipe instead of the building process : ) Thank you for treating the condo as if it were your own home, we look forward to seeing you many times in the future! Thanks Josh B.
We were at your property in early March 2010. Everything was as stated - the fourth floor balcony had a great view of the half pipe. The location was in the Center Village with access to the main lifts just a few yards away. It was so close we decided to eat lunch in our condo 3 of our 5 days there. Everything in the condo seemed to be well taken care of. It was very clean and well maintained. We were very happy with the location and estatic with the view. We would highly recommend this property. Also, Josh was great to work with. We had to email, or call, him a few times and he always got back to us very quickly. He made it easy to get things done. This is a property we would love to use again.
