Beautiful 2 bedroom spacious 1500 square foot condominium in a gated community at luxurious Pointe Royale Resort. Large, fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, Jenn-Aire stove, lots of counter space, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer and dryer located in large utility room.
Open dining area with over-sized breakfast bar. Master bedroom has a California king-size bed with walk-out to patio, double wide closet, ceiling fan, cable TV, large private bathroom with mirrored Jacuzzi jetted tub and double vanity. Guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and a full size bed, ceiling fan, dresser and double-wide closet. Large living room with a walk-out to patio, 27-inch cable TV, DVD and VCR. A double roll-a-way bed is also available. Patio has charcoal grill, table, and chairs, SWIMMING POOL AND PLAYGROUND ONLY 50 FEET FROM PATIO.
