We spent almost 2 months living in this wonderful property. What a great location, with easy access to all the major Santa Barbara and Central Coast attractions. We especially enjoyed our evening strolls to the many restaurants on State Street. The property is represented well on the VRBO site and Dawn is very attentive to the property and her guests. If you stay here once, you’ll want to come back – we do!Recommended for: Girls getaway, pet owners, sightseeing, adventure seekers.

My husband, brother and I stayed at this beautiful townhouse for 4 weeks this summer. Dawn, the owner, is so kind and attentive and has everything one could need in the house. The house is newly done, very clean, comfortable and spacious, with lots of light. It is very conveniently located, close to downtown, close to the beach and not far from the hills. We felt pleasantly at home while staying here and had completely privacy to come and go without disturbing the owner, given there is a dual entry. It was a really great experience staying at the De La Vina house and we would rent again in a heartbeat.Recommended for: Girls getaway, pet owners, families with young children, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

What a joy! Very clean and comfortable and well furnished. We felt like good neighbors and friends. Great location for downtown, restaurants, shopping, beach access, freeways and everything Santa Barbara offers. We were here for 3 months and were sad to leave. If you are looking for a clean, convienient, modern home away from home I think you will be very happy with this. The windows and views from every room upstairs are great. Dawn was very helpful and made us feel very much at home. Everything was as good or better than represented. About the owner: I have owned this award winning (4 awards) 3 unit condo complex since construction completion in November, 2005. Two of the units are rentals. I live in the front house and am the full time on 'site property 'manager.

It is an ideal location for visiting the beaches, mountains, and wine country. Santa Barbara is an absolutely charming city and I truly love my visits and summer months here.

The weather is incredible. Multiple ongoing cultural events year-round. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and cultural events. It's not unusual to encounter a celebrity Downtown or on the beach. Earl Warren Show Grounds (only minutes from the condo) hosts many events ranging from horse shows to books sales. A municipal golf course is next to The Earl Warren Show Grounds.
