This cottage is one of 4 which are nestled around beautiful tropical gardens, perfect for a romantic couples Getaway or for entertaining large groups. Rent one or rent all. We also furnish cooking equipment for cooking large. Cajun Burner for Seafood Boils or Fish Frys. Large Smoker, and multiple grills. If you don’t feel like cooking, ask us and we can usually do it for you. We are known by our guest for our famous cook outs. Our kitchens are stocked with spices and plenty of pots, pans and dishware. We supply beach chairs, umbrellas, and surf and sand toys for the children. We are available 24 hours a day to guide and direct you to the best restaurants and attractions or assist you with any special needs.

The Unique Benefits at this Cottage
I would say that I love the way my management staff spoils everyone. They believe in true Southern Hospitality. Everything is immaculate. The tropical gardens are beautiful and the perfect spot to relax and read a book. I can walk to several wonderful restaurants. I can fish right in front of my Gulf front Cottage. I can walk for miles down the long stretch of beach, or ride my bike for miles down the new bike path.

The Gulf Coast of Florida has always been near and dear to my heart. It is like a hide a way, not so commercial as the East Coast.Indian Rocks Beach is a perfect example of the old Florida that I remember as a kid. A retreat from the real world with it's Wide, White, Powdery Beaches,and Private, quiet atmosphere. The gentle lull of the surf smoothes the stress and renourishes the soul. It is truly a Paradise.
I love swimming, snorkeling, fishing, sailing, biking, good food, good music, and spending time with family. I love kids and pets. I love the sound of the surf and the incredible sunsets. I love life on this beautiful Gulf Coast.

We could not have picked a better place for our small, intimate wedding! The cottages were just perfect for our family. Whatever we needed, Bill and Stephanie got for us! The beach was beautiful and we liked how we had some privacy from the public beach. The property is within walking distance of several restaurants which is really nice! We LOVED the donut shop right across the street :) All of our family and friends raved about how fantastic the lay out of the property was! I have already recommended the Arbors to others and we will definitely be back next time we take a trip to Florida :)

We had our first famoily vacation October 2009 at the Arbors....My wife and I with our three and four year old kids ...it was the best vacation ever and this year in October we will be going back to stay at the Yachtsman which is the beachfront cottage on the property...the sand at Indian Rocks Beach In my opinion is the softest whitest sand in the area...,not a big touristy beach but that is why we liked Indian rocks Beach so much...it was literally a vacation as close to paradise as you can get and the sunsets were amazing viewing them from the beach or from the deck at the Yachtsman through the sihlouettesof the sea oats...Highly recommend to anyone ...Oh and I forgot to thank the Shell Fairies for leaving shells for the kids to find!

We love The Arbors Beach Cottages!! We've been there several times and can't wait to go again. How wonderful to get to stay at a privately-owned (no chain here!) place with the personal touch of Deanna (you will likely become good friends!) and the charm of old Florida. Just a few steps to the soft sand beach and the luxury of being back to your own cottage when you're ready. In my mind, it doesn't get much better than this!
