Waterfront Lake House in Diamond Point, 2 miles from Exit 22 off of I-87. This house offers great views north and south of the lake from the kitchen and family room. On the first floor is the master bedroom with a master bath and jacuzzi. There are also two rooms, one with a pull out couch and another with a trundle bed. The family room has a gas fireplace and a large screen TV with fabulous views of the lake.
The dining room table will seat up to 10 people and there is also seating at the kitchen counter. Upstairs are two rooms, one that sleeps 4 (one queen bed and 2 twin) and has its own TV and Playstation 2. The other room overlooks the lake with a queen size bed and TV. A 60' walk down to the lake and you can enjoy a sandy beach, a patio with a fire pit, a dock and plenty of fishing.
There are 3 kayaks and one canoe with plenty of life jackets. We also can accommodate a boat up to 25'. There is a 2 car attached garage, maximum number of cars is 3 in the summer season, 1 must be in the garage.
For the winter rentals, you can snowmobile out onto the lake and we are only 40 minutes from Gore Mountain. Below the main unit is a two-bedroom apartment which we rent for the season please call for more information.

My family purchased this house in 1989, we have made this our primary residence up until 2004 and now we wish to open it up to you.
Why the Owner Chose Lake George
This what they call prime location, just off the northway, on the water, boat docks, easy access to High Peaks, great views.
The Unique Benefits of this House
My son says he enjoys the kayaking the most and then fishing from the docks. Being able to access the lake by boat is great. There is plenty of lawn space with manicured landscaping.
