This was an excellent property the photos are accurate. It was well maintained, very clean, spacious and comfortable. There was nothing missing; Greg the owner was helpful through the booking process answered all of my questions and very pleasant to work with. It was right at the bus stop so a car was optional. I would definately stay again and recommend this property. Only downside it bring a small pocket light to obtain the hidden key can be difficult if you arrive/departing after dark -- but that is an easy fix!

Great Warm Springs Location

The location here is great as it is conveniently situated between the warm springs lifts and town. The bus stop heading into and out of warm springs is literally a 30 second walk out the front door. The condo is on the smaller side but very cozy and comfortable. You have to climb up a ladder to get to the second sleeping area, FYI, and if you're over six feet tall you'd be more comfortable in the upstairs bed. Overall a great experience with very nice and helpful owners who are prompt in setting up your booking.

Kute Klean Klassy in Ketchum

Beautifully furnished condo from kitchen and laundry to bath and comfortable master bedroom, this spacious accommodation is enhanced by four porches with wooded views. What’s not to enjoy! Located a comfortable distance from downtown Ketchum, it provided us a quiet and peaceful retreat. We had never visited this corner of the USA before and found plenty of mountain hiking/biking trails for fall enjoyment as well as absolutely gorgeous scenery topped with beautiful weather. For walking variety, we also enjoyed well-maintained and well-marked circuits along golf courses and fantastic homes. Ketchum itself offers adequate groceries, pharmaceuticals and practicalities as well as enticing coffee houses and restaurants. Yes, we ventured into the coffee/pastry kingdom, but used the wonderful condo kitchen for the rest. We had purchased the bulk of our groceries in Salt Lake and Twin Falls on the drive in. Our thanks to the condo owner for all excellent surprises.

We found the condo to be perfect for us. I wouldn't recommend it for 6 people as the loft seemed like a dangerous undertaking, especially if you had to descent or ascend ugthe ladder in the middle of the night! But with only one bathroom, six would be too many anyway. We had overnight guests for the weekend and they were very comfortable in the sofa sleeper. Greg was very responsive to us and the condo had everything we needed in it as far as furnishings and over the top with amenities. Great value for the price. We'll be back!

Our family of 6 (3 adults, 3 kids) stayed at this condo 6/26-6/28 and it exceeded our expectations. The condo was clean, very comfortable and had all the amenities we expected and more. The linens on the upstairs bed were so luxurious and the bed so comfortable it made me want to spend the day there. The fold out couch and mattress were the most comfortable (of that type) that I have seen. I personally loved the decor and if I could get the owners to decorate my house, I would in a heart beat! Thank you so much for enhancing our Sun Valley experience and you can count on a return visit from us.

Great Vacation Retreat

My husband and I recently stayed in this attractive, spotless condominium while visiting our daughter. The location was perfect for us. The bed was extremely comfortable and the whole place well stocked so that we didn't need to make trips to the store. The owners were very helpful and know how to make us feel at home. Classy furnishings with out too much fuss. It made coming home in the evening a pleasure! We'll be back!

GREAT Condo

My wife and I spent a week in this condo and we had an excellent stay. A few weeks before our arrival we simply asked the question of whether or not the condo had a blender. The response was that it didn't but one would be purchased in time for us to use it. The condo had everything else we could have needed and then some. We'll definitely want to stay here again.

Winter Wonderland

The two of us stayed here over the week of Christmas and had an excellent experience. We have rented through VRBO many times and this was one of the nicest places we've found. Beautifully decorated and extremely well maintained - all the extras and very clean. This is not one of those tired places that has been rented out for years with no improvements or upgrades - the photographs are accurate. Felt like a real home. Very close to town and convenient to the ski slopes. While bus service is available, we opted to use the car due to heavy snowfall and low temperatures. We had very mixed experiences with restaurants in town and found going to the Atkinson's Market and stocking the kitchen to be a great alternative. We also had some special requests that were handled very well by the owners. Just a great holiday getaway.

perfect getaway

This was a great property. The location, close to downtown, with a bike path and bus stop out the front door, was ideal. The decor and natural light made for a wonderful feeling of an upscale rental at a very good price. The owner responded quickly and facilitated our stay beautifully. My only comment is that the loft bedroom was clearly for teens and twenty-spmethings because of the ladder access--but for us, as a couple, it was perfect. I would recommend it highly and return in the future.

Warm Springs Getaway

This was our first trip to the Sun Valley/Ketchum area and we couldn't have been happier. We loved the small town atmosphere with so much to offer - not to mention the beauty of the area. This town is a haven for outdoor fun, has great restaurants, hot springs nearby, golf course, bike riding, etc, etc. We loved the condo, hated to leave, and would definitely return to rent it again. It's a warm and well cared for unit and felt like home away from home. Also, Greg has been a pleasure - very helpful and responsive to questions. Definitely recommended.

Great Place to Stay - Convenient & Comfortable

We spent our honeymoon at Greg & Leslieanne's condo and enjoyed every minute of our stay! The condo is conveniently located on the free bus route and is a short bike ride to town. It is quiet and extremely comfortable (in fact, we overslept nearly every day because of that soft mattress!). Ketchum is a great place to visit in the summer, especially for the active person. We would highly recommend this condo to any couple, small family, or group. It is immaculate inside and out, homey, and well-decorated. The owners made booking and all other arrangements very easy on us. They also left us a bottle of champagne to celebrate our nuptials! We can't wait to visit again!

A Great Place!

This was a great little condo for a girl's weekend getaway. It was very clean, had comfortable beds, convenient location. There were several different beds for sleeping options. The ONLY downside about this condo was that it didn't have a hairdryer or an iron, so we had to go buy both. Overall, we were very happy with it and would love to stay again! I would highly recommend it for a couple, a small family, or even 2 couples. It does only have one bathroom, which can be a challenge for a bigger group, but the layout was great. We didn't feel like we were on top of each other, despite the small space. We will definitely be back for a longer stay!

My husband and I, son and daughter-in-law stayed in this lovely Sun Valley condo. This is the perfect place for a couple or a small family (with 2 little ones) or one or two older kids who would love to navigate the ladder to the loft. It also worked very well for two couples. The location is great to either Warm Springs lifts or walking distance to town. The unit is also very nicely decorated and has all you need to cook in for the night. But what was particularly nice was dealing with the owner, Greg. He's a class individual and made us feel very welcome. We will certainly recommend this property to others. Sue; Seattle

We loved our stay in this cozy, comfortable condo. Great access to skiing, town, and Harriman Trail. We really enjoyed waking up here, sipping coffee while gazing at the mountains and trees, and then trekking about in the area. Luxury bedding, wonderful decorator touches, we really made ourselves at home here. The light in this end unit is also fantastic. We'll definitely try to come back. D. Dakins, Boise
