This spacious apartment - with almost 1400 sq. feet (130 sq. meters) - is located on the top two floors of a modern boutique building and gets plenty of sunlight throughout the day. The view of the leafy neighborhood through the floor-to-ceiling windows and from the balcony and terrace is amazing. The apartment is in an upscale brand new building recently completed in 2007 and features a security entrance door and a modern elevator.
It is a perfect alternative for those that do not want to be cramped in a smaller hotel room or apartment. No expense was spared furnishing this apartment. The furniture is all high-end custom made for this apartment. There is also underfloor heating and air-conditioning throughout the apartment.
The main bedroom features a king size bed with a Simmons "Beautyrest" Supreme mattress and custom made headrest. There are floor-to-ceiling windows with a view of the building's courtyard and an air-conditioning unit to keep you cool in summer and cozy in winter. The bedroom also has a luxurious en-suite bathroom, with marble floors and bench-tops and a spacious shower.
The second bedroom features a king size bed with a Simmons "Beautyrest" Supreme mattress and custom made headrest. There are floor-to-ceiling windows with a beautiful view of the tree-lined street and an air-conditioning unit to keep you cool in summer and cozy in winter.
Next to the second bedroom is a full, newly renovated bathroom with a roomy shower and wooden bench top.
The apartment's living area has been designed for comfort. There is a 42-inch flat-screen television with a DVD player and a six-speaker surround sound system and a beautiful L-shaped couch, perfect for relaxing on. The airy room flows into the dining and kitchen area – fully equipped for our guests – and opens out to a balcony over-looking the quiet street. This is a perfect space for entertaining - a sit-down dinner at the dining table, or drinks on the balcony. The living area also features an air-conditioning unit.
Upstairs there is a library filled with beautiful art, books, a sofa-bed, a custom designed desk, high-speed Internet access and Wi-Fi wireless internet. This beautiful space opens onto an enormous (36 sq m) terrace with a beautiful view of Palermo Soho. No expense has been spared on the decked terrace, which has a pergola, six-seater marble dining table, a barbeque, retro lounge chairs, outdoor shower and a beautiful garden. This is an ideal place to watch the sun set, or to soak up the sun during the day.

We are an Australian couple who fell in love with Buenos Aires when we came for a holiday in 2007. Instead of returning to Australia at the end of our two-week trip, we ended up staying for more than a year! It is an incredible city, and we hope you enjoy our apartment as much as we do. After months of pounding the pavements looking for the perfect flat, we came across this one and are absolutely thrilled to call it our own.

The location is unbeatable. Buenos Aires is a bustling city, but our flat looks out onto a calm, cobble-stoned street in the heart of the boutique shopping and restaurant hub of Palermo Soho. You can walk to countless delicious restaurants, lovely shops, hip bars and even a little supermarket if you just feel like eating at home. The flat itself has the most amazing terrace - perfect for sunset drinks - and the spacious light-filled rooms are a pleasure to spend time in.

We just returned from staying at this lovely property and I must say everthing was as great as we expected or better. Annabelle and Pablo are dreams to work with and the property looks even better in real life then it does online. I could not recommend this property any higher. Located in the heart of Palermo Soho this property is close to everything and surprisingly no significant street noise could be heard. We have visited Buenos Aires many times and this property is by far the nicest we have stayed in! If you choose this property you will not be disappointed!

We loved this apartment in Buenos Aires. With two outside decks and floor to ceiling windows, light flooded the space decorated with art and comfortable furnishings. Located in a delightful part of Buenos Aires we walked to wonderful restaurants, shopping, and parks. The people we met through this listing were invariably helpful, charming and knowledgeable. We highly recommend staying here.

My wife and I and our friend recently stayed in this wonderful apartment. Pablo, the on site representative, speaks perfect English and arranged for our pick-up at the airport. After flying and waiting in airports for 20 hours, it was wonderful to have such an easy transition to our vacation. Pablo met us at the apartment, told us where the grocery shopping was, the good restaurants, the shops, and explained how everything in the apartment worked. We had a wonderful time - the apartment was centrally located in a beautiful, safe area and was close to everything. Cabs from the apartment to anywhere in Buenos Aires were never more than US$10. At the end of the day, it was very relaxing to sit in the apartment with a glass (or two) of wine and relive the day's adventure. Thank you so much for such a wonderful week - we wish it could have been longer.

We stayed in Palermo 2 years ago, so we knew the area and were comfortable narrowing down our decision to Palermo. After looking at all of the listings through VRBO and other sites, we felt that Annabelle's apartment was the choice to make - we were right. The apartment is great for 2 couples traveling together. The rooms are almost identical, the living room was comfortable, the pictures of the place are accurate. We, too, had a SNAFU upon arrival (I think that there was a protest on the motorway coming from the airport, blocking traffic for about an hour), but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in BA. We will be back to BA in the future and will stay here again.

we loved our stay on nicaragua. the apt. was perfect for 2 couples. comfy king beds. loved both terraces. pablo was very welcoming. annabelle was a delight to deal with on booking and gave us a bunch of info about the neighborhood. loved our location. only snafu was that we our driver did not show up at the airport due to car problems and had no way to contact us, so i would have a plan b just in case. we look forward to returning!

This apartment is really beautiful, very tastefully decorated and very clean and comfortable. Lovely art and furnishings, comfortable beds, modern decor. The location is fantastic -- in the heart of Palermo Soho within a short walk of variety of shops and restaurants, but on a quiet street. We also found the property manager to be extremely helpful, available and charming.
