On the sand and boardwalk. This place has it all! Two newly remodeled units inside and out with new appliances, kitchen, bathroom and furniture. Upper unit has a large deck with BBQ, lower unit has a front patio with BBQ, and fireplace in living room. Both units have 2 bedrooms/1 bath with large living room.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom accomodates 3 people and has a bunk with a full bed on the bottom/twin on top. The living room has a queen futon that accomodates 2 people. Linens and towels are provided. Each unit has ceramic tile floors and sliding glass doors that open to the sparkling blue pacific and soft white sand of Newport Beach and the historic Newport Pier.

Indulge yourself at the many world class restaurants or cook at home on your BBQ. Entertainment, shops, and the Fun Zone are right around the corner where you can rent boats, take a day trip to Catalina, charter a fishing Boat, book a whale watching tour or do some shopping on Balboa Island. Enjoy "people watching" from your deck or take a walk on the pier (just a few steps away), bicycle and skate rental are also nearby.

Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm are just 20 minutes away. Other attractions include: Universal Studios Hollywood, Seaworld, Legoland, Laguna Beach, and much, much, more. If you're into surfing, swimming, or bodyboarding, look no further! Newport Beach is one of the greatest surfing beaches in Southern California.

Just 15 minutes from Santa Ana/Orange County Airport(SNA) and 50 minutes south of Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).
