My family and I decided to rent this apartment for a week in july and I'm glad we did! It is very comfortable and its location is PERFECT! only a 5 minute walk from the beach and all other attractions in Condado. The amenities were good and the owner was great to work with, giving us information whenever we needed it. We would definitely return!

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, families with young children, sightseeing.

This condo apartment was amazing! Its so comfortable it felt like being at home. Huge 2 bedrooms & living room, full kitchen & great central a.c.! I will definatly stay here again & again on future visits in Puerto Rico. I recommend this property to everyone who wants a place similar to being at your own home!

What a great trip. The condo was a great find. Location was perfect as promised, a great beach was a few blocks down, and an amazing little beach is about a 15 min walk the other direction. There is a ton to do in this little Condado area, super convenient 24 hr Walgreens, great restaurants, bars and people! Its also really easy to get a cab down the street when going into San Juan for the Forts & Bacardi Factory. We were able to pack lighter since there was a washer/dryer and spend less money because we could prepare a few meals at home. The AC blew strong and the area felt safe. WHY PAY TRIPLE FOR A HOTEL?!?!?!? I would definitely stay again and recommend to budget-minded friends. Only thing I could say was that having an additional room key would have been nice, but not a major inconvenience. Thank you, Diego! :)

Very nice, clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment in the heart of Condado. It is very secure and walking distance to great restaurants, bars and beaches. Can't complain...it was a really good deal for our vacation and we had a great time. We will definitely will be back again!

This condo is in a perfect location in Condado. Not only was it nicer than we had expected, it was very secure. We are looking forward to going back.

Stayed at this condo and really enjoyed it. first it is a great location and a clean apt.. it is walking distance of everything needed..which is great since there is no parking for this condo... u can walk to the beach, shops, hotels and casinos, walgreens, restaurants and nightlife. the actual apartment is well equipt but in need of minors repairs and a coffee machine :) the apartment has central AC. the balcony has a great view of the condado plaza and other buildings. the living room is comfy and we watched a couple of DVDs, however there is no cable which was not very important since we really were sightseeing most of the time. the kitchen is well equipt with a microwave and fridge, stove pots and pans and utensils etc..and is a great convience... the bathroom is in good condition, however metal flush lever and closet door (hard to open and close) needs to be replaced ... the bedrooms were air conditioned and gr8 for this place.. very comfy and enough space for us. one rooms has a great walk in closet thats is supplied with hangers and a shoe organizer....the decors was nicely done and we would def stay in this condo again.

Great condo in the heart of San Juan!

Great location... walking distance to many restaurants and tourist attractions. We felt that the apartment had everything we needed in order to have a safe, fun and clean time in San Juan, Puerto Rico. We had great communication from Mr. Saez and his assistant in the area which also helped our stay. I would love to come back again.

I had a wonderful time at the condo, it had everything we could ask for. The beach is right down the street & there are plenty of restaurants/bars nearby & within walking distance of the condo. I had a great time at the condo & would recommend staying here again.

Pros: Location, price. Very close to the beach and Old San Juan. Cons: No parking, you have to hunt for it around. Not the best setup for couples however we were there to explore Puerto Rico and stayed out mostly. The location makes it easy to access Old San Juan, there are excellent restaurants about a block away and the best part is you can walk to the beach (3-4mins). The ameneties in the apartment were good and the owner was a great guy to work with.

Owner response:After receiving a few worried inquires about this review and the reason for "not the best setup for couples", its hard for me to find a reason,its got two sunny separate rooms, well located,clean and well equiped, also its on an area beautiful for couples, I might differ on view but do respect every single review and appreciate your personal opinion,Thank you for your review, and hope to see you back in San Juan.
