Why the Owner Chose Sun City, Shadow Hills
We intend to retire here in a few years. We found this to be the best retirement home value that we could find. Being from New York, we naturally looked at Florida and other Southeastern areas but found this to be the best.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The community clubhouse is absolutely beautiful and offers dozens of activities for ALL owners or long term renters. There's not a better golf value than we,ve experienced here in Sun City Shadow Hills. The two swimming pools (one inside/one outside) take care of our annual needs. Wow, what a workout room. Nothing but the most modern exercise equipment.
