The beautiful Biltmore Colony was built in 2006 and incorporates modern style elements into a classic timeless look. The community is a landmark along East Palm Canyon Drive and across the street from Koffi in South Palm Springs with its distinctive walls of glass and Retro signage.
The unit itself is highly upgraded from carpet to cabinetry to counter tops. Baths feature upgraded oversized tile tubs with showers and porcelain tile on the floors. Large walk in closets and even a built in work station in the hallway. Separated bedrooms add a big degree of privacy. Also attached is a two car tandem garage that connects to the unit through the laundry.
The living room features a gas fireplace, sliders to the patio and a flat panel TV on the wall. The master bedroom has flat panel TV screen and access to another patio. The secondary bedroom has an armoire with a 35" traditional television and 2 twin beds.
