Premium cable flat screen TV in the living area and cable TV in both bedrooms. Master bedroom has a queen bed with private 1/2 bath. Second bedroom is furnished with twin beds. A full bath is in the hallway. WiFi high speed internet and computer included to help you keep in touch with friends and family. Ceiling fans throughout. Compact washer/dryer on main living area with an additional ground floor laundry room with a full size washer/dryer. Laundry room also has a full size refrigerator to store drinks for the beach and we also have coolers, beach chairs, umbrella, towels and even sand toys. Hot/cold outdoor cabana shower on ground floor. Newly installed garage door and fencing makes the rear of the home private and secure. Studio apartment with twin beds, full bath, kitchenette,and living room on ground level available at additional cost. Conveniently located with restaurants, shopping and the popular "Times Square" area within walking distance. Farmer's Market open every Friday morning under the bridge. Explore the back bays of Estero Island via a kayak rental or rent a bike just around the corner and ride the 7 miles of our beautiful beach. Or take a "Sunsational" Cruise on the Estero Bay by contacting Estero Bay Express. Fishing charters, parasailing, jet skiing and much more--all nearby. Golfing is available right on the island at the Fort Myers Beach Golf Club or choose from a long list of area courses. Hop on the Key West Express boat and take a day trip to visit Key West. You have a little piece of paradise on Ft. Myers Beach. There wasn't a thing we needed-you had it all. Location was perfect-house was more than perfect-we had the best time!
