The private casita is 600 sq ft with a full kitchen. BBQ and eat outside while watching incredible sunsets. After a day of hiking in the pines at Madera Canyon or golfing at any one of the courses nearby, you'll feel at home in the comfortable casita. The leather couch (sofa bed), recliner, artwork and special touches throughout the casita provide a luxury feel in a rural location.

Year Purchased: 1999
When I was a kid, I used to work on ranches in AZ when school was out. I grew up in AZ and love the desert and all it has to offer. Tubac is a great location as it has higher elevation than Tucson and Phoenix, which means it's cooler. The history in this part of the state is among the oldest in the country. Tubac's unique characteristics which ranges from cowboy to fine art describes what I was looking for as a home.
Why the Owner Chose Tubac
I built the main house and casita as my primary residence. It's the perfect location for enjoying the best of all worlds Tubac has to offer.
The Unique Benefits of this
Any one of the four horses is available at any time of day to enjoy a ride in the beautiful desert. Being close to the border is fun for a shopping a trip.
