Enjoy the unobstructed view of Banderas Bay and the Pacific Ocean from this spacious 1900 sq. ft. 2.5 bedroom, 2 bath condominium, which sleeps 6, located in the premium tower of the Grand Venetian Resort. You will enjoy nightly fireworks which you can watch from your own personal hot tub that is on the large terrace.
This unit is on the 7th floor with a large living/dining area and a fully-outfitted kitchen. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the master bath includes dual sinks and ample closet space. The second bedroom has twin beds (which can be converted to a king) and an attached bathroom. Both bedrooms have luxury linens and share a terrace that overlooks the Sierra Madre mountains surrounding Puerto Vallarta. The den sleeps two on twin-sized bunk beds. There is a wide screen TV with DVD player should you or the kids want to take a break from the beach, sightseeing and shopping. And for that special meal, you can grill your fresh seafood or steaks on the gas grill located right on your private terrace.
The Grand Venetian complex has 4 large infinity pools with comfortable chaises (We provide the beach towels!).
Upon arrival, our property manager will meet you at the airport and drive you the 10-minute ride to our condo. (No charge for this or the return trip to airport!) If you choose to bring or rent a car, underground parking is included with the unit. You can catch the bus (less than 50 cents) at the entrance of the complex or have the concierge call a taxi to pick you up at the lobby. If you don’t want to take the 10 minute ride downtown, there is an on-site restaurant, as well as many excellent restaurants (and a Starbucks, too) at the Peninsula shopping mall next door or within walking distance. Supermarkets, Costco and Sams Club are also nearby.
In season you can watch the whales from the terrace. Then in the evening view the sunsets and nightly fireworks and watch the cruise ships heading out to sea knowing that you have another day here in paradise.
Maid service is available on a daily or weekly basis for a nominal additional fee. A washer/dryer and iron/ironing board are included in the unit if you are so inclined. Children are welcome, but smoking and pets are not allowed.

My family rented this property for a week in 3/2011 for vacation. It was the second year in a row that we have traveled to Puerto Vallarta and have stayed in this complex and the first time in this unit. The unit was clean and is in excellent condition. The unit has an outdoor deck that overlooks the pool area and faces the beach and ocean and the view is nothing less than a window to paradise!! The complex is located within a 5 minute cab ride from the town location which is convenient for dinner and shopping. There is also a grocery store nearby if you want to utilize the unit's full kitchen. Location, location, location.......this unit has it all!!

Our stay here was awesome. Beautiful views, spacious condo, well maintained, nicely deocorated. We didn't want to leave. We felt very much at home and could have stayed forever. It was very easy to rent and everything was as described in the ad. The owner was very helpful and we very much enjoyed our stay in Puerto Vallarta. This condo is close to everything and yet felt very private. We can't wait to go back and hope we can stay here again.

Just want to start by saying THANK YOU so much Carolyn for giving us such a beautiful place to stay. Everything was wonderful from the condo itself, to the views from the balcony, the pools, and all the staff. Getting around was so easy. We either walked to all the great restaurants and grocery stores nearby or took a taxi. Sabrina was wonderful, so nice to have her pick us up and show us around the condo and take us back to the aiprort at the end of our visit. It was so sad to have to leave, but when we decide to come back to PV we will definitely stay at this property again. What a great place to spend your vacation. P.S. Thanks for the margaritas =)

This Condo is wonderful, perfect for my family of 5!! Great location, able to walk to mall and grocery store. Easy to get cab or bus to go downtown or marina area for dinners. The pools are wonderful, had to get out there early to get chairs during holiday season. All the staff at the complex are very friendly and helpful. It was great to have Sabrina to pick up and drop off at airport. All in all this was a great, relaxing vacation for me and my family. Can't wait to book again!!

Our trip from beginning to end was wonderful. First of all Carolyn, you made booking our trip so seemless, and added to that Sabrina meeting us and dropping us off at the airport was so helpful...She is a GEM! She was helpful and gave us plenty of "hints" to make our stay so great. My kids LOVED the condo, and we had a bitter-sweet "last" swim in one of the wonderful pools on the property! This was our first time in Mexico (we had previously went to Maui Hawaii) and we will return in a heart beat to the Grand Venetian! DID I mention the security staff??...so friendly and helpful, even with my pathetic grasp on the language, they were so fun and easygoing! Mucho Gracias...Carolyn...Hasta Luego....

We abosutely loved this condo. We have been coming to Puerta Vallarta for several years, and this is our new favorite place to stay. Everything about the Grand Venetian is top-notch, from the security at the front gate to the friendly staff at the pool and restaurant. The condo was beautifully decorated. Each morning we had coffee on the balcony and then spent our days at the pool, relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view of Banderas Bay. The location is great - a short cab ride to the Malecon and the Romantic Zone, where we headed out to dinner every night. It was wonderful to have Sabrina as our contact person, and we appreciated her assistance.

The condo was everything you could wish for & more.beautifully decorated & totally comfortable. The 7 of us had plenty of room & everything we could possibly need. the views from the decks are wonderful, we even saw a whale one day from the front deck.We enjoyed the 4 pools that the complex has to offer, the kids had to try them all. we loved the fact that we could be in town in mins,but at the condo,it is so quiet,& we loved long walks on the beach.This is a great place for anyone to vacation.

Carolyn -- I just wanted to write you a note and tell you how much we enjoyed staying at your condo. It was so beautiful. We loved sliding the glass doors open and having such a gorgeous view of the water. The whole complex was beautiful. Sabrina was wonderful. She picked us up at the airport, called us a couple of times to see if we needed anything, and took us back to the airport. She was so helpful. We really enjoyed the town, and enjoyed trying many different restaurants. We got some groceries for breakfast, and fixed Christmas lunch at the condo. Otherwise we ate out. We found the people so friendly and helpful. We went on a canopy tour (which we call zip lining) one day. I can't believe I got the nerve up to do it, but it was so beautiful, and we all loved it. We took a bus up the mountain to do that. We found the public transportation to be quite an adventure, both the buses and cabs. It was all quite fun! Thanks so much, and if we ever come back we will surely inquire if your place is available. It was a great few days. Thank you so much.
