An astonishing gated championship golf community awaits your visit. Grandezza is an upscale gated community beautifully landscaped and secure. It is 425 acres, with 811 homes, 42 acres of preserve and 23 lakes, all situated around a private 18 hole championship golf course. The unit has just been recently purchased and has all new furnishings and paint, so all you will need is your luggage.
Our home is in the Sabal Palm neighborhood, overlooking the seventh hole. It has just been furnished with new; kitchenware, beds, beddings, furniture, televisions and DVD. It has two large Sony high-definition flatscreens, DVD player, Wii, oversized kitchen, with all of the amenities of home, such as; coffee maker, blender, electric hand mixer, microwave, ice maker, food disposal, dishwasher, et cetera. It's master bedroom, with king bed, includes a private bath, large walk in closet and shower. The two guests bedrooms are furnished with a Queen and two single beds.
As a social member, you will have access to the entire Grandezza Facility, EXCLUDING golf privileges. This includes a 53,000 square foot clubhouse, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, complimentary members concierge (to provide you assistance during your stay), social director, pro shop, two on-site restaurants, two bars, cabana with food service, executive board room, a state of the art gym, six lighted Tru-Har tennis courts, along with an on-site pro tennis instructor. A movie room, library, member computers with high-speed internet access.
In under 15 minutes, you can be at one of the three large malls/outlets; Miromar Outlet, Coconut Point or Gulf Coast Town Square, with over 300 stores/shops combined. (Within one hour of our home - there are over 600 store fronts in the various malls.)
For sports enthusiasts, you are only 30 minutes away from the Bill Hammond Stadium, home of the Minnesota Twins spring training camp and The Miracle. Lee County is also the home of the Boston Red Sox spring training camp. For hockey enthusiasts, the Florida Everblades, East Coast Hockey League is just two minutes from the entrance to Grandezza.

Why the Owner Chose Grandezza
We really love the convenient location of our gated community - Grandezza. The easy access to/from the Fort Myers Airport, shopping, baseball (Twins & Red Sox spring training and The Miracle, hockey (Everblades), restaurants and the beaches, all less than an hour from our home. Grandezza is a private gated golf community, in our opinion, with the perfect location. It is centrally located; near the RSW airport, Naples, a variety of beaches and the wide array of shopping centers and restaurants.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Our ground floor unit is located in Sabal Palm overlooking the seventh hole fairway. The unit has three bedrooms and comfortably sleeps six. It includes a garage, Lanai, and a private laundry. The unit has a new 52" flat screen in the living room, a 42" flat screen in the master bedroom along with two DVD players and a Wii play station. The kitchen has recently been furnished with all new furnishings, along with new toaster, hand mixer, etc. so you are assured to have a wonderful cooking experience.
