Our beautifully remodeled Fawngrove condominium is the perfect location for your ski vacation this season. Close attention has been paid to every detail and, we think you will agree, the results are stunning. Luxury lurks in every corner, from our gourmet kitchen, perfect for entertaining, to our well appointed bedrooms and spectacular baths. Our condo is not just beautiful to look at it is also very comfortable. Relax watching a good movie by the fire or spend some quality time taking in the majestic view while soaking in the private hot tub, just right outside on the patio. The Master suite offers a Queen bed with private bath. The secondary bedroom offers 2 twin beds that can be used as one or used separately. This lovely condo also offers a sofa sleeper in the main living area.
A more convenient location is not to be found. Just 1/2 mile from the Snow Park Lodge (base lodge of Deer Valley Resort) and Park City's Historic Main Street; you are just minutes away from world class skiing, shopping, and dining. Don't want to drive once you arrive? Take the free Deer Valley shuttle to Snowpark Lodge or grab a ride on Park City's free shuttle system to most anywhere in Park City, right out in front of the building. The Fawngrove complex also offers heated underground parking for guests wanting the convenience of their own car.

Nice rental for the rate. Condo was recently remodeled and has a nice fresh, updated feel to is. Things that we didnt care for: 1) parking is in the basement and hauling luggage up was a pain, 2) bathroom shower faucets do not produce a large amount of water volume. Hard to enjoy a shower. 3) No place to store food while staying there so all food is out on the counters.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers.

I know the underground parking is hard with luggage but it is so great to have covered parking so close to the condo. We are addressing the other issues and coming up with some creative solutions to make everyone’s stay as enjoyable as possible. We hope you will come back and see us soon.
