  This townhome is in a great location: a short walk to a beautiful beach, a short drive to St Augustine, and overlooking the changing vista of the intracoastal. Even though our weather was chilly at times, we could always find a sheltered place, on the lower level patio or upper level balcony, to sit outside and enjoy the view. We especially loved the view from the master bedroom . The home was clean and comfortably appointed, the décor is cute, and it was nice to have two full bathrooms in a two-bedroom rental. Plus we loved that it was a townhome, so no noise from tenants above or below. Wireless internet access was secure and reliable. The complex itself is small and quiet and any neighbors we met were friendly. Our only contact with the owners was by email and phone, but they were pleasant and easy to work with.

  My friends and I had a long weekend at this property as well as the one next door. The owners were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. The units were very warm and welcoming with a beachy atmosphere. The pictures don't do them justice. The decor was lovely--not at all like others I have previously stayed at in the area. I had no problem getting the internet service on my iPhone and others were using their phones as well as iPads. I enjoyed sitting on the porch area watching the sunset. I will definitely return. I will also recommend this property to others as a place to get away from it all!

  We enjoyed a wonderful girls weekend at this lovely condo last month. The location and decor made what was already a perfect weekend one that really was over the top. Your condo is relaxing and inviting with lovely upgraded touches and decor throughout. I just loved waking up each morning to that amazing view of the water. The property is in an ideal location - just a walk across the street to the beach or an quick and scenic drive to all of the fun of St. Augustine. Thank you so much for accommodating our every need - can't wait to come back!

  Wonderful spot for a getaway! The dock and pool kept us busy with fishing and dolphin watching. We enjoyed our mornings on the beach. The townhome was clean and welcoming. Very comfortable bed! Would recommend this to anyone who enjoys a private setting.

  location listed accurately the online photos do not represent the condition of the unit adequately. it is in need of update !! property clean by very dated....internet not reliable. we were out more than we were on. owner was delightful i would not recommend this property. i was able to view another unit in this complex and it was welcoming and cheerful and updated, unlike this one which was tired and dreary and worn out

  Owner response: Our fresh paint, remodeled bathrooms and new plasma tv have been well received by our guests and many return visitors. Difficulties with the internet provider have been addressed.

  Our second visit to St. Augustine was just what we wanted; relaxing, quiet, and peaceful. Thank you Pam and Shelli for sharing your home away from home with us! It was within minutes of historic St. Augustine, fantastic restaurants and just a short walk to the beach. We loved the small pier/dock for fishing and the view of St. Mantanzas river. We actually saw more dolphin in the river than we've ever seen beach side. Having the pool outside our door was an added convenience. This was a quiet complex area......... just what we enjoy.
