I enjoyed my stay at Bella Terra very much. The unit is very clean, quiet and modern, and has everything you will need for a comfortable, enjoyable stay. The fitness center is well equipped and the pools are clean and warm. Angie (the owner) is very communicative and the rental arrangement went smoothly. I would not hesitate to stay there again, and in fact I plan to come back again next year. Thanks Angie!

My husband and I had a fabulous stay at this adorable, impeccable, 2 bedroom condo. Angie thought of everything!! The bed was sooooo comfortable, top of the line mattress and fine bed linens. Thanks for the plush towels and for having all the utensils we needed to cook, whenever we chose to do so. The only thing I missed was not having a smoothie maker to make my protein smoothies. There were even games and DVD's available. The view of the mountains from the bedroom and patio was beautiful. Location, location, location. All of the tourist events that we did we less than a 15 minute drive. Everything you need including great restaurants, shopping, drug store, grocery store are less than a two miles away. Angie even left a discount grocery card to use during your stay. The next time we are in the Pheonix/Scottsdale area, we know where we are staying!!! Thanks again Angie for your great service!!!

Apartment with a View

I stayed at this condo-apartment for 3 weeks from August into Sept. The weather was wonderful with temperatures already cooling off into the evenings. During my 3 week stay several family members came to visit and the 2nd bedroom allowed for privacy and comfort for each one of us throughout our stay. The owners had reflected the amenities and the layout so well, with both photographs and a written description; so that it was an easy adjustment for us to 'move' into the space and to live an everyday life for the time that was spent in the apartment. The space was clean and very well-maintained. The apartment is well-decorated, the kitchen has all of the tools needed in order to cook each day, and there were plenty of linens, towels, as well as beach towels and rafts for the pool. I was surprised that the owners didn't mention that the complex has an over-size swimming pool which was perfect for my morning and evening laps. The exercise room is modern, clean and very well-maintained. The complex is in a perfect location in many ways: 1) close enough but not adjacent to supermarkets 2) also within several miles of major roads and 25 minutes to the airport 3) a short drive to rural communities, cultural centers, etc. Behind the complex the terrain is varied; flat, hilly, and mountainous with creative houses that have been built with desert gardens. This area has a network of bike lanes, which makes it a great area to explore in the mornings and the evenings. Due to the location of this complex; one has the convenience of services, transportation and countryside. The listing description nor the photographs cannot accurately reflect the true beauty of the view from the living room/patio and master bedroom. It was a pleasure to sit and look across the greenbelt (wash); then see a backdrop of the mountains. The beauty of the view and the added quietness of being in the back of the complex was relaxing and a daily pleasure. The owners are very organized and they were prompt in answering all of my questions before and during the time I rented their apartment. After my rental I received an email asking me about my experience and if I had any thoughts about possibly improving anything for future tenants. I found this to be thoughtful and considerate and with this follow-up I would return back to this apartment. And I would recommend this apartment to a friend or a relative.

My husband and I stayed at Bella Terra in October 2010 and absolutely loved the place. It is in the quieter part of the complex with a patio overlooking a green belt. It was very nice to sit early in the morning with a cup of coffee while listening to the birds and watching the rabbits. The condo itself is beautiful (I'm kind of a clean freak when it comes to vacation rentals and didn't worry about anything). The king size bed was very comfortable (had to wake my husband up many mornings) and the kitchen was large, modern and had everything we needed. The unit would easily hold 2 couples with each couple having their own personal space. The unit is nicer then what the pictures show. We cooked at the poolside BBQ which again is a very nice area. My husband used the fitness facilities and was quite impressed. The grounds were very nicely manicured Angie was more then generous with us has we had health problems at the beginning and had to change our dates. We were very grateful that she accommodated us. We were there for one week but really didn't have enough time to see all that Arizona has to offer. If you enjoy hiking there are many good hikes for all levels in the area. We will definitely return to Scottsdale and will definitely stay at Angie's again. There is not one thing to complain about (other then the fact that I had to return home to my small closets, a far cry from the huge walk in closets in the unit). It truly is a beautiful place and a great location. Thanks again to Scott and Angie.

Very nice condo

Stayed there last week and loved the condo. It was very clean, decorated nice, and quiet. Really enjoyed the large grassy area behind the condo which was perfect to hit some golf balls in and let the 4 year old run around. Would definately stay there again and recommend it to anybody. Thanks Angie for all the communication before hand!

We have travelled around the world and stayed in many nice places. This time, as usual, we researched numerous websites to find the best place to stay in Scottsdale. We decided to try out Angie’s resort condo. When we opened the door, we were pleasantly pleased. This place is even nicer than the pictures! Everything is brand new and tastefully renovated and decorated. And, the king size bed is very comfy! The unit is located in the quietest part of the resort complex – very peaceful with a nice view. Angie is very personable, communicative, and helpful. She made sure we were comfortable. Everything has exceeded our expectations! We will definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone. Maggie and Dan
