A separate building has the laundry facilities and half bath. The gardens feature pathways, outdoor accent lighting, flowers and an herb and flower garden. The property has a gas barbeque and common, off street parking behind a power gate.
The views from the cottage include lovely gardens, a large flagstone patio, and vineyards. This property also shares the site with the Meritage Cottage, Property #200516, which will accommodate multiple families and large groups for wedding parties, families, reunions and celebrations. The kitchen is recently updated and fully remodeled, and the dining and living rooms have open floor plan, hardwood floors.
The nearby regional park has a zoo, public golf course, historical museum, tea garden, and outdoor picnic grounds. We are located just a few miles from downtown Lodi with quaint restaurants and wineries, 13 miles from Stockton and the University of the Pacific, and centrally located to the 70+ wineries of the Lodi area, wildlife sanctuaries, skydiving facilities and the attractions of nearby Modesto, Sacramento, Davis and the Napa Valley, and the Sierra foothills of the Mother Lode area.
