The apartment building Mont Royale is just two blocks off Via Argentina which is the center of the “Quartier Latin” de Panama. This neighborhood has become a trendy stylish area with a "bohemian" feeling. There are a lot of shops, bars and restaurants around, including pharmacies and banks. This is an extremely safe and highly desired tourist area. Please note that the immediate surroundings of the building are very calm, quiet and safe.
This is a new edifice with all the amenities and a distinctive design feeling. The apartment is 130 square meters (1,415 sq ft) on the 12 floor with great panoramic views that goes from the bridge of the Americas to the Metropolitan park.
