Welcome to Paradise. Nestled near the end of the peninsula, this is the ideal location for beach goers and lovers of the water alike. Located directly on the bay with beach access just across the street. This complex offers a break from the norm and is reminiscent of what Gulf Shores "Was" before the development boom. The people are friendly and the crowds are not as large in this low density complex.
Built in 2006, this newly remodeled 2 BR unit has all you would expect and more. 9' Ceilings, Granite Countertops, Stainless Appliances, 18" tile floors and views through the swaying palms that will take your breath away. It has one of the most private balconies in the complex with direct views of the bay and not another building.
