Its location at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon means easy and fast access to the best ski resorts Utah has to offer including Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, and Solitude. If you don't want to deal with the hassle of driving up the canyons and finding parking, this property is only a few minutes walk to a Ski Bus stop.
Enjoy 3,000 square feet of living space featuring a spacious kitchen with a dining table that can seat up to 10, a cozy family room with an entertainment center and wood burning fireplace to relax and enjoy the evenings together, 2.5 baths to accommodate a large group, and 5 welcoming and comfortable bedrooms.
Enjoy the awesome mountain views and privacy of the beautiful backyard while soaking in the eight person hot tub and grilling dinner in the charcoal or gas grill to bring a little summer pleasure to a winter wonderland.
HOME AWAY FROM HOME/CONVENIENCE ITEMS
We gladly accommodate both large and small groups alike. For your personal convenience we also provide: washer and dryer, wireless internet access, a weight bench and elliptical machine for the fit minded members of your group and a 2 car parking garage with entry into the kitchen.
Our goal is to make sure that your stay in Utah is a memorable one by providing all the creature comforts of a home away from home. You will have everything you need or we will get it for you!
HOUSE DETAILS/UPSTAIRS
The living room features a 36 inch TV with surround sound stereo system, a wood burning fireplace, and two leather sofas to get comfortable on. As well as a chess set for a little friendly competition.
The kitchen is open and spacious providing room to gather around and snack or sit down and dine, this kitchen comes with new appliances and all the cooking and eating supplies you would find in your own kitchen.
The master bedroom has an ornate 4 poster king sized bed with a personal bathroom attached and two large closets to accommodate all your wardrobe needs. It's own little private place to get away.
The additional upstairs bedrooms both have a double bed with a closet and dresser right next to the main bathroom so you can unpack and stay awhile.
A full bathroom next to the bedrooms and off of the kitchen that can be used as a main bathroom for the entire household, although the additional baths make this unnecessary.
DOWNSTAIRS
2 Bedrooms both feature a walk-in closet and plenty of room to get comfortable and claim some private space. One bedroom offers a queen size bed with a down comforter to stay warm at night.
The 2nd bedroom is perfect for the kids. It offers a bunk bed with a twin size bed on top and a full on the bottom. This room also has an additional double bed and a dart board for a little added fun.
The recreation room offers an additional fireplace to cozy up to while members of your group play foosball, practice their musical skills at the organ, or get into shape with the weight bench and elliptical. All this while waiting for a clean, fresh, load of laundry to finish in the next room.
There is also a remodeled bathroom with a shower for the downstairs members of your groups to share.

What we love about our home is the secluded backyard with a jacuzzi, a walk in the Granite neighborhood park, our friendly and safe neighborhood and neighbors, the short drive up beautiful and scenic Little and Big Cottonwood canyons and the fine and fast food dining options nearby for eating out as well as the Smith's grocery store 2 minutes down the road for eating in.
