Why the Owner Chose Encantada
We chose to purchase this townhouse due to its close proximity to major Orlando attractions, the private pool - the kids love to swim in our private pool each night before bedtime and we can keep an eye on them from the living room. The townhouse was built in 2006 so everything is new and in excellent shape.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
I enjoy the quiet upscale community, the clubhouse & Olympic pools are never crowded. The close drive to any of the parks makes it easy to return home for an afternoon nap or dip in the pool and then we can return to the parks late afternoon for more fun and fireworks!
