This beautifully decorated single family home is located in the Renaissance neighborhood of a ClubLink (formerly WCI) 55+ adult community. Located on the golf course, with a water view, the master bedroom has a King size bed, a TV with DVD, a ceiling fan, extended square footage, and a door that opens out on to the lanai. The glamour master bath has a soaking tub, a
shower, a double sink vanity, and a large walk in closet.
The guest bedroom has twin beds, a ceiling fan, and ample storage. The guest bath has a tub and shower combination. A den features a queen pull out sofa sleeper, a TV with DVD, and a ceiling fan. Also available are two (2) queen size blow up mattresses with an electric air pump.
This home has a great room with 12' ceilings and pocket sliding glass doors, across the back wall of the great room, that completely open out on to the lanai. An HD TV with DVD, WiFi, a ceiling fan, and a dining room table with 6 chairs all compliment this comfortable great room.
The lanai gives you a beautiful view of the Renaissance golf course and is framed with swaying palm trees and a water view. The lanai has a table and 8 chairs, a ceiling fan as well as a cabinet stocked with outdoor glasses and dishes. Come relax and enjoy the view!
The kitchen features cherry cabinets, a side by side refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, gas stove, and a dishwasher. If you like to cook, every appliance and gadget you need is here.. right down to the spices! An eat in area has a table and 2 chairs. Off of the kitchen is the laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
We have a gas grill, golf club storage rack, coolers, sand/beach chairs, beach towels, water noodles, water and sand toys, fishing poles, and sand mats. Literature of the areas attractions, shopping, and restaurants is also available. You can choose to be busy or relax, swim or golf, walk the beaches or visit Disney. Everything you need is here... just pack your clothes and head to beautiful Sun City Center. **At least one renter must be 55 or over.**

The Unique Benefits at this House
We enjoy the blue skies and swaying palm trees. The people are so friendly and there is so much to do in this area. The home is centrally located with easy access to the Gulf Coast as well as Disney. We love relaxing on the lanai!

Our 6 weeks in this lovely home were wonderful!! This sparkling clean home was much more than we expected with everything we needed. The golf course view is spectacular and sitting on the lania watching the golfers tee off made our morning coffee even better!! The location is excellent - close to beaches and attractions and it worked out great for our day trips. I would highly recommend this rental property and we look forward to returning next winter!!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+.

We spent 6 weeks enjoying this wonderful home and the area. We fell in love with the lanai and it's beautiful view and sunsets. The home had everything we needed, and more--cooking the Christmas turkey dinner was easy! The owners were so helpful, and have left a lot of information about the area--places to see, activities, restaurants, shopping, etc.

What a perfect spot! This is a lovely well cared for home with all the conveniences, a comfy bed, and a beautiful golf course view. Pools are close by and it's less than an hour from great shopping and the Bradenton and St. Pete beaches. I will fondly remember my April in paradise. I didn't want to leave.

We truly enjoyed renting from the owners of this home. It was everything we excpected and more! It was very comfortable and lovely. You will be happy to rent this home from the caring owners who have maintained and equiped this house. They really made our Sun City vacation special!
