Community center. Shared washer/dryer located in building. Reserved parking space. My family stayed in the condo in July 2011.Great location-beach across the street,shops and restaraunts next door.Owner was wonderful-hopefully there will be availability this year.

We spent Jan. and Feb. 2011 in Siesta Key, Sea Winds 205. It is a lovely recently updated property that you will find very comfortable. It features new granite countertops throughout and new floor tile as well as new furnishings.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing.
