This house is pet friendly. It is a quiet neighborhood where families enjoy ocean and country side views. It is beautiful and comfortable There is lots of room on the wrap around balcony and a big fenced back yard. The side by side refrigerator, extra large pots, microwave and table are very accommodating.
The Harbor is just 3 miles south. There are Antique shops, Restaurants, Gift Shops and a Fresh Fish Market. Rent a Surry, enjoy the local Skate Board Park and Bike Path. Take a stroll and watch the Pelican's dive for their meals. The under water tour is highly recommended. Just a short walk or drive takes you to the Blue Heron Rookery, the beautiful Morro Bay Golf Course, Museum, and State Park where Wild Turkeys and Deer wander about. Cayucas is just 3 miles north with additional shops, a pier, surfing and Farmer's Market.

Why the Owner Chose Morro Bay
I was impressed with the fact that it is very close and easy access to a dog beach where owners can let their dogs run off leash on the beach. The large fenced yard opens to the garage and a wrap around deck. The ocean view and view of the story book street and grassy hills and trees beyond impressed me. It is a quiet lovely neighborhood.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Views. A large kitchen with plenty of pots and pan a side by side refrigerator extra large micro wave and a large table to serve guests. 2 glass chess sets to play chess. A tapestry on the wall and oil paintings seen when entering the house. 2 bean bag chairs that babies fit into and are content.

I own and operate 4 vacation rentals 3 in Morro Bay and one in Los Osos. They are all pet friendly offer 2 kayaks, BBQ, hot tub and wireless internet access. I meet with the guests upon arrival. I am a very active senior citizen who lives about 10 minutes away from each of my rentals. Call me if there is a question. Bert, seen here as he helps me down the path to the beach, is a frequent presence.
